What is happening here?! This place is a dump! I expected more seeing how it's located in the Promenade. My assigned seat is trashed and literally sits crooked....as do 99% of the seats in the IMAX. Seats are completely demolished! For an IMAX movie at 3pm on a Wednesday-1 adult ticket, one child ticket, one combo of popcorn and a drink was $55......and I can't even sit comfortably. I'm leaning. And it smells of vomit so bad. Ordered the combo to be delivered to our seats, that came right on time. The attendant let us move seats. So we did, at least I'm not leaning anymore. But it still smells awful in here.

For an IMAX theater, this is pathetic. They sell you broken seats without letting you know. This used to be a great theater, but now all the theaters here are rundown shows extreme lack of management, especially for being in the Chenal area. The movie even started 15 minutes late from posted time. I am not want to post negative things but this is just really disappointing.

Theater #5 is trashed and needs remodeling. The theater is filthy. Seats need replacing, have holes, split, broken, and sticky. People paid for these seats to see a movie and cannot. Do better AMC! These are only a few pictures we took.

Went to the movies to see Deadpool and Wolverine in Theater #5 at AMC Chenal 9 is trashed and needs remodeling. The theater is filthy. Seats need replacing, have holes, split, broken, and sticky. I paid for these seats to see a movie and cannot do it comfortable. Do better AMC!

Should have read the reviews. As noted in many reviews, the theatre needs a complete overhaul. It looked like many of the seats in my row had been replaced. Except for the seat I picked which had a huge slice put of the cover. Empty theatre so I just moved. The concessions were about average for movie theater prices and the popcorn was good. I didn't have an issue with my drink but one of the machines had no ice and I heard several people complaining that their Cokes were flat.

The IMAX screen and sound was good. But just as the aliens first appeared on screen, the movie started sporadically freezing ruining any dramatic tension and totally killing the movie experience. I gave up after about ten minutes and had to wait a bit for a manager to give me a refund. While I was waiting several customers came out of other theatres because they somehow got the same assigned seats as people already in the theatre. When the manager made it out to get me a refund, she couldn't refund my purchase because I had used Google Pay to buy my ticket. I had to get a gift card which of course did not include the service charge I paid to buy my ticket online. Not a good experience and don't think I will be back to that location again.

Went tonight to movies. Bathroom were nasty. No soap in both women's bathroom. Floors full of toilet paper. No salt shakerd at Popcorn counter. Little packets of salt instead. Reclining seats in theater not working. Management called for help...they couldn't find solution...once I torn one away from an employee "huddle"
