The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because the employees do not enforce common courtesy, like not putting your feet on the seat in front of you when someone is sitting in it or not having your brightness up on your cell phone and have it out during the movie. I've had these experiences at least 3 times at this theater and sometimes I just politely move to another seat in the middle of the movie, but there have been times I couldn't do that because it was too full. Overall I still enjoy seeing a movie here, that part is just frustrating. The pretzels are AMAZING!

The AMC movie deal is amazing. You can spend $22 a month and see three movies a week! In my opinion that’s the best deal any corporate company has ever given! I mean, you can’t beat that. That being said, this particular movie theater needs some attention. It doesn’t show a lot of movies that are listed on the app, and the theater itself could use a real good deep cleaning!! Nevertheless I have an enjoy my membership every week & it’s definitely worth the money!

I was home for the holidays and my family decided to try going to this theater again (usually we drive to bridge street). Theater was pretty dirty and so were the bathrooms. Do NOT try preordering your food when you buy your tickets online. We went to pickup and were completely ignored for a good 10 min before I had to just ask the cashier if we were in the right spot for pickup since no one had helped us. She said yes and that whenever a pickup order came in on their screen they would bring it over. After waiting another 15 min after our pickup time, I finally had to ask again why no one’s pickup orders were being brought over (at this point it was about 3 families waiting). They tried to argue with all of the families and say we must have ordered for the wrong theater… when we showed that we in fact ordered for this one they finally went ahead and made our orders… The whole experience was the most chaotic food ordering I’ve ever had and it should’ve been a red flag for them immediately when you’re seeing people lineup for pickup but not seeing any orders in your system. Needless to say we won’t be back and will just continue to drive to Huntsville or Decatur.

It looks like it makes no difference to the theater if they get a bad review. So I won’t repeat all the issues listed here. I had problems with my tickets and tried to speak to a manager as the staff recommended. He left and went into a door on the other side of the theater. Going to wait until we get another theater in town before going to a local theatre Until then it is worth the 45 min drive to go else where…they don’t care about your business. I guess that is what a local monopoly looks like. They should be ashamed…..or at least embarrassed

First time since moving to the area went to see a movie. Don’t believe I have ever been treated as rude before. A woman came up got in front of us and the lady waited on her not getting tickets but wanted receipts from previous movies. Then we get waited on , did not even acknowledge we had been cut in on. Told us to purchase tickets we had to pay some premium to get them at that register. Did not bother to tell us we were in the wrong line. The line was not marked it was very confusing. Ask to see a manager she has no clue either.

Outside of the theatre is rough. Grass, weeds, etc. very unkept and there is little to no lightning in the parking lot. Same prices as a “normal” theatre but quality of food and drinks are not nearly as good and they don’t have reclining seats. Half to 3/4 of the bathroom urinals and toilets were out of order and the floors were not vacuumed. The only reason it gets 2 stars was because the teenagers running the place were very friendly and doing the best they could.

Kinda pricey but most theaters are but the place was clean and really good popcorn with the self serve butter and enjoyed my time here and nice little photo booth inside. 100% would recommend.
