Edit: I was issued a refund after talking to customer support. It was Black Friday and they were probably just short staffed so I bumped the review up to 3 stars. Forgive and forget. Other AMC locations nearby are way better though. Orange Beach, Pensacola. Its not too far for a better experience at the movies.
A dirty theatre, I stepped inside and instantly had popcorn stuck to the bottom of my shoe. We went into our theatre and there was NO seating available except for 4 separated seats on the front row and I was there with my wife who has neck issues. I go to get a refund so I can go to another showtime and NOPE can't get a refund even though it's literally 1 minutes past the showtime. If AMC doesn't make this right I refuse to give them my business ever again. There are other theatres in my area that I can go to instead.

Was pretty disappointed with the quality of the theater's viewing experience. I came to see Deadpool VS Wolverine and noticed some annoying flaws on the big screen. There were 3 blue dots that were present during the entire movie. Also, the bottom left of the screen was pixelated pretty bad. Pretty annoying, but the movie was only about eleven dollars. The rest of the theater was clean and well maintained.

I recently took my kids to see Moana 2 in 3D at this theater, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. First, they didn’t have 3D glasses available, making it impossible to enjoy the movie properly. Then, I tried to buy popcorn before the movie started and was told to wait 25 minutes as they were out. After waiting, I got back in line only to be told it would be another 25 minutes. When the popcorn was finally available, I had to wait in yet another line to purchase it.
The lack of preparation and organization completely ruined the experience. A movie night is supposed to be enjoyable, but this felt frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Not sure what the problem was but our movie glitched 8 to 10 times. Very nice facility but the bathrooms certainly could have used some attention. This was an Thursday afternoon 4:40 show.

5/5 stars for staff! I look forward to seeing the guy in the front that always greets us! He is the sweetest human being he always makes us feel so welcome!! Also, the female manager (not sure of her name) but she is the SWEETEST ever. Love that they remember us every time!
But also,
Be prepared to sweat in the theatre ??

I waited in the concession line 10-15 minutes on two different occasions to be told the wait for POPCORN was 30-40 minutes. Normally, I would write it off as a loss after the first try but was my kids’ first time in the theater and was hoping to give them the typical movie experience. Didn’t think a bag of popcorn was a reach.
Common areas were filthy. Staff overwhelmed and despondent. Before selling your Premiere passes, try getting the popcorn thing down.

The customer service has been awful. My last few experiences have been disappointing to say the least. The line to even get into the movie takes forever and it’s not from excessive amounts of people, they’re so slow. They’ve been out of the “big box,” of popcorn that allows refills and they won’t give refills for the large popcorn. Popcorn is cents to make & a huge part of why my children and I spend the crazy money to go to movie theater. Yesterday I was told I was not allowed a refill, was not allowed a second bag to dump half the popcorn in from the other bag, and they were no longer doing the half fill so I could get butter and salt on the bottom. I’m sorry, but what? Is this even the movie theater anymore? There’s a movie theater even closer to my house, also with terrible customer service so I was giving this movie theater a chance with the extra drive. What is going on? It’s over a $100 with my kids to go to movies. Almost 40 years I’ve been going to movies as a family night & refills on popcorn is the issue? Do better.

Run down facilities and and older tired staff that shouldn’t be in a customer facing job. The projectors are worn out and the films are dark and fuzzy. The popcorn is always out with long wait lines. Still better than the Premiere in Spanish Fort, but falls far short of Nexus.
We will go to Nexus from now on purely because the quality of the projection at AMC is just so bad.
