-Dirty, popcorn everywhere & sticky floors -25 minutes of ads, 5 min of promos. If your movie "starts" at 8:30pm, it'll actually start at little after 9pm and add 30 min to the movie time -First come first serve seating -WAY too expensive snacks. A bottle of water is $5.25 -Seats are regular cushioned fold down, packed together Overall, never going back. I'll definitely be taking a shower when I get home from there.

Awesome experience. Great sound , great visuals.polite service. Snack were a little hight but its ok . For the quality vs saving.quality won hands down . Saving felt not too bad tho. They had some discounts with were pleasing. Will visit again . Thank you.

I have chosen AMC as my go to theater here in the Roanoke Valley. The management and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and enjoy engaging in conversation about current movies that are showing. The popcorn is awesome and being an A List member has its benefits. This is the place to watch great movies...

It’s the best theatre around. Staff is so nice and I love the go to this specific location. I like the parking lot too. I do however miss that I don’t get the cool popcorn bowls from regal but I still like the cool promotional stuff they have some times.

I want to give kudos where they are due. I don't go to the movies very often so I don't have special memberships, apps, & promotions. However, a friend gifted me with 2 emailed tickets via Fandango for my birthday. Neither myself, the cashier, or the manager on duty at 4:20 pm could jump thru all the hoops to make them usable for 30 minutes. Finally, the manager kindly escorted my friend and I to the movie of our choice so we wouldn't miss the opening and agreed to deal with issue later. I am so grateful bc I was personally meant to see The Forge tonight. Thank you!

Went to see Twisters on 7/22/24 for the 8:45pm showing. It has been a long time since I have been to this movie theater and found myself very unimpressed. My husband and I were a little disappointed that the souvenir popcorn bucket/drink cups for the movie we were seeing advertised onlinewe we were going to splurge on wernt available. The two young employees who were helping us, whwn asked the one didnt seem to know what we were talking about and the other said they didnt have them probably only the big city locations did. Ok... whatever so we got our popcorn and drink cups. We loved the fancy soda machine to get your own soda. That was pretty neat. The popcorn was poor quality, you could tell it was hours if not maybe even a day or so old. The movie was awesome but the size of the projected movie was never never adjusted to match the size of the screen itself, that was disappointing. The auditorium didnt appear to have been tidied up between showings as there was a lot of popcorn and things under seats and on the stairs. The theater is well loved and could use some updates. Overall it wasnt a terrible experience but not the best experience I've had at that location.

The screen size was small, besides that the movie wasn’t even covering the width of the screen, felt like, home theater would’ve been better. Has to look up at the screen, even the last row wasn’t high enough.
