Every area of the theater was disgusting. Downright dangerously filthy. Had to personally wipe down chairs and tables for kids to be able to sit. Theaters not cleaned between movies, trash overflowing, sticky dirty floors, trash and food everywhere, broken drink machines, credit card machines down, and horrifically dirty condiment area. One of the reclining chairs was broken and stuck open.

The only positive was the screen was clear and sound was good. However, the overall horrendous environment ruined the experience. Attempted to speak to the two people sitting in the customer service area and was told to email any concerns. No attempt to help or correct any issues, despite their sitting right across from some of the worst areas. The health department needs to visit at this point.

I paid Almost $20 for a ticket and when I went To get a drink there was no ice (per usual), the floors were filthy (like disgusting), and no straws. Went to our seats and the seats were so worn out. They had holes all in them and leather peeling off. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Surely for the price we pay for seats and food!!!!! Workers were just sitting stuffing their faces full of food when everything in the entire theater needed attention!!!!!! I can Not believe this theater isn’t managed any better than this!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

My husband and I were super excited to come and see A Quiet Place: Day One. We sat through all the preview and the movie began. The lights never dimmed or went off so I wait about 7 mins into the movie and get up to go ask an employee if they can turn the lights off in Auditorium 9. I was told that they got some new security lights and the lights can’t be cut off because of the type of new bulb. LIKE WHAT!! It 100% is anffecting our viewing experience of this movie. The movie is called A Quiet Place and set in a dark background. The security lights being on do not help. Can hardly see some scenes. I can’t believe they haven’t gotten this resolved or at least let customers know the lights will be on the whole time. I am totally displeased and will speaking to someone for a refund! I could’ve gotten a better experience at HOME!!! $40 for tickets and $40+ for snacks to sit with the lights on. AMC do better and give me my d@mn money back! Ridiculous.

Was very excited to see a decent movie and have dinner at my seat. The theatre was absolutely disgusting, this pic was when we walked in so double that after we left !! Plenty of workers sitting on their phones and at least 2 in “customer services”
I’m thinking at least one should have been assigned to clean up. Just got popcorn because the filth in the theatre freaked me out a bit

Went here for the first time for a private movie showing of Twisters. It was a corporate event with my husband’s job. The theater staff were all friendly. The theater was decent and clean. I liked the heated, reclining seats and we all enjoyed drinks at the bar. We had gone to dinner before the event but many in our party enjoyed having their dinner delivered straight to their seats.

I like the regular/dine-in theater seats here much better than the "better" Prime theater - those seats are weird and don't recline as much as they sink...and if they vibrated during Beetlejuice 2, I didn't notice. But the dine-in seats - which are all the rest of the seats in this theater - are all loveseat-style and recline back with your feet up. You can order food to be brought to you - we tried it and everything was good (nachos and an appetizer sampler) if a little cool on delivery. I don't think you have to order food, but if you want to, it's not disappointing. (I wouldn't go there *for* the food, tho.)

It's always hard to choose which row when you don't know the theater - I can say in theater 2, row D seemed to be the best - we were in row E, which felt too far back, but it doesn't really matter once the movie starts.

AMC Theaters in Vestavia is one of the cleanest theaters I have been in, you can dine in and they will deliver your food to you. The bar is decently stocked too. This theater is one of the best, with reclining heated seats, state of the art projectors, 3D, systems, truly helpful, and friendly staff. Parking is well thought out, with plenty of lighting. A truly enjoyable experience all the way around.
