Seats are really comfortable even heated if you need it. Picture great, sound great.

This AMC has recently been renovated so the seats (not heated, but reclines) and screen (some have weird orientation) are new. The lobby/hallway carpet still kinda looks/smells the same. It has a lot of cinemas, that being said, they’re kinda small so it’s got more of a homey feel to it.

Cinema 13's screen is aligned more to the right and the seats are aligned more to the left so even if you pick the center seats you won't be in the center. If you want to be in the center pick the seats that are closer to the right side.

Wong size drinks, stale popcorn bottom barrel kernels, missed movie earlier because of awful service

0/5 stars the first time I walked in at 1pm we wanted to see The Ministry of Ungentlemenly Warfare I was directed to go buy tickets and no one was there to do it. Myself and 3 other groups weren't attended to. By the time someone came over we missed the first part of the movie and just left frustrated.
We went to eat instead of just buying food there and came back at the 4:10 showing. We had bought tickets online this time to make sure we didn't have the same issue. There's a self checkout option but it didn't allow us to buy an annual bucket. We did ask and had to be helped by a person. He was the only one over there and seemed frazzled but was polite. We ordered 2 Large drinks as well and were give 2 Regular drinks instead of what we paid for. Popcorn was stale and just broken pieces it was also ice cold. We weren't told where auditorium 4 was we found it ourselves luckily. The doors were closed and we assumed we couldn't go in we continued standing around until someone went into a neighboring auditorium and we tried the door it was open the whole time. A couple was looking for Planet of The Apes and since no one told them where to go they couldn't find their theater. Movie was the only thing worth the entire experience.

Closing thoughts: I would go to the Vestavia AMC we've never had an issue with them and they were very attentive. If the movie had been showing there I would have never even tried this theater. The renovations are nice but without staff I don't think it makes it long. We won't be back.

Outstanding customer service - I accidentally booked tickets for the showing the night before - I was directed to the popcorn counter to sort through it. Xavier greeted me with a big smile and called the manager Aiden up to the front to help me. They were very understanding and kind helping me get my tickets switched over.

Absolutely great experience!

Dude working that counter kept his cool and handle the orders beautifully short handed. I don’t think they planned on a semi turn out for a 3:45 showing of the Juice lol
Air conditioner worked great!
