Construction's going on. Normal concessions are gone. They're charging 5.49 for a bottle of soda. The Dolby theater has a light from the projection room shining on the back row of seats. The seats themselves are great. There's even a heated seat function, but the glare made it hard to see. If you have this issue in this theater or any other. Move seats Or request a refund if you can.

Better than before. Nicely refreshed. Dolby sound isn’t turned all the way up, so if you prefer that, this may be your jam. Heated seats are lovely. Concessions are okay — it’s kiosk only and then you pickup. If you have the amc app, may as well order that way. Comfortable. Don’t forget to validate parking on your way out before you leave the theater!!

This is a beautiful movie theater with very comfortable seats. I did not give it five stars for two reasons. One tickets are all automated and the scanner wasn't working. Two I really dislike those soda machines where one spout gives you seven different drinks because it never tastes like the drink you ask for

Generally speaking a pretty good theatre. I feel bad for the custodians since it's really easy to leave a lot of popcorn on the ground around your seat.

Theatre food is, unsurprisingly, overpriced. I got a large tub of popcorn, which was a dollar more than the regular size (a little paper bag) for what seems like a ton more popcorn. It was for $10 though, and comes with a Sprite ad on the outside which makes it look like Sprite flavored popcorn or something. Theatre popcorn is very good because it's very buttery and salty, so who knows how much cholesterol and saturated fat I ingested that day.

I left my mask here by accident but I'm too lazy to get it back. It was a cheap cloth mask so whatever

Service is great and the seats are incredibly comfortable. However, the movie screens themselves are very dull and don't show the colors too well, which takes away from movies that are supposed to be more vibrant. I wish I would've waited to see Wicked at home on my TV!

While this location is currently under a remodel, the construction crew I seen wearing Schmenti uniforms were very respectful and clean. No construction noise could be heard during my visit to this theater. I give AMC 14 a 2 thumbs up and five stars for managing a remodel without causing major disruption. Great job guys

Pros: New reclining seating, replacing the old Arclight uncomfortable seating.

Cons: No proper concession area. You go to a computer stand, wait for your order to be called through a small window like a Costco food court. Dolby Cinema is new, but the audio in there is quiet, not anywhere close like the ones in Mission Valley and Plaza Bonita.

Solutions: Build a proper concession area with more than 2 employees running it. Tune your Dolby Cinema audio better.

So let me start off with the good, the seats are impeccable and very comfy, it also has a seat warmer which I have never seen at any local amc near San Diego. Now the bad part the food items are very limited, what I mean by that is they don’t have fountain drinks only slurped and bottled drinks, they have very little food options than you would usually see from other amcs and when you go to find your theater you can just tell this theater is old, like antique old. You can see the pain ripping from the walls you can see stuff that should be in storage out and about he’ll the screen that says the theater number looks vintage. I kinda agree with the other reviews on how this is just an old movie theater just amc slapped in the front of it. I would say for a family to come here I wouldn’t suggest it. If you’re coming with a date or just one other person sure I guess. All I know it I won’t be coming back here.
