La última vez que fui, resultó que no tenían en venta sodas o refrescos por que todas, sí, todas las máquinas estaban dañadas.

Es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

Went to see Wicked. Ticket kiosks were down. Very long line to buy tickets at the concession stand. Tried to order from my phone but it wouldn't let me log in. I bought tickets as a guest online for me and my two teenagers. $36 turned into $48 with "convenience fees". Where is the convenience? It was a big pain in the you know what. Farthest thing from convenience. The movie was great, but the very loud movie next to us overpowered our theater several times. Incredibly disappointing experience to spend that kind of money and have AMC fail the way they did.

recently visited the Valley Bend AMC Movie Theater and had a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. We were sent to Theater 16, and it was in total disarray—there was food, popcorn, and trash scattered all over the floor, and it was obvious the theater had not been cleaned in quite some time. The seats were also sticky and grimy.

But the mess didn’t stop there. The trash cans throughout the theater were overflowing with garbage, and we had to walk through piles of trash just to get to our showing. It was incredibly off-putting and frankly unacceptable for any public space, especially one that charges premium prices for tickets. I won’t be returning anytime soon unless they make some serious improvements to their cleaning and maintenance standards.

As a longtime patron of this AMC theater, I feel compelled to address the severe decline in cleanliness and maintenance standards, particularly evident during my recent visit to Theater #8 IMAX.

Despite the cleaning staff having just exited the theater, the conditions were unacceptable. Spilled drinks created sticky hazards on the floor, popcorn was scattered throughout multiple seats, and general trash remained uncollected. At nearly $20 per ticket, customers deserve significantly better than sitting in food-encrusted seats.

The restroom conditions were even more concerning. Both men's and women's facilities lacked basic essentials - no paper towels, empty soap dispensers, and toilets in such poor condition they were essentially unusable. The overwhelming odor suggested a complete lack of regular maintenance.

This theater's current state reflects poorly on AMC's commitment to customer experience and basic sanitation standards. While I understand the challenges of a holiday weekend, maintaining clean facilities is a fundamental expectation, especially at premium pricing. I strongly urge AMC management to address these issues immediately before more longtime customers seek alternatives.

This theater was absolutely disgusting! There was so much popcorn on the floor behind the counter to fill up the whole popcorn machine again, and the employees was just wading through it. Both the men's and women's bathrooms reeked so bad of old urine, it was just nasty! We ordered a popcorn combo with candy, but the selection of candy was almost gone, and we had to settle. AMC MUST ramp up their staff and keep it clean!! Just my family alone took up 21 seats. We'll spend our money somewhere else next time.
