Mike and his team are a force of talent, experience, and customer service! Being a small business owner, I know that prices and the level of service could differ greatly between companies that offer the same services especially when I needed tint for my Tesla Model X that has a windshield sized at 31 square feet! Not a lot of their competition even know how to tint the Model X windshield! All in all, they delivered! My Model X looks great from the outside and feels SO great on the inside after they installed Xpel Prime Plus tint all around. The special part of this company and its owner is that they genuinely care for people. I witnessed Mike overhearing somebody having a really bad day across the street (Not Mike’s Client). Mike walked over to investigate and next thing you know, that somebody was smiling and in a better mood. An exceptional business puts people first regardless of its industry, and this is one of those rare businesses that you will come across in life! Highly Recommend!

TL;DR: stop searching for shops and take your car to Appearance Solutions- they do incredibly great work!

Appearance Solutions was recommended to me from another Tesla owner and after doing extensive research on other companies in California and Ohio, I ended up going with AS and I’m so glad I did. I had them do xpel ceramic tint all over and it couldn’t have turned out better! When I initially came in for the tinting, one of Mike’s staff members found a crack in the rear glass upon pre-work inspection. I’m glad he did because it was still under warranty with Tesla and it was replaced the rear glass for free. Had he not found it, I likely wouldn’t have seen if before the warranty expired. These guys do top notch work and you’ll be glad you brought your car here. Mike is responsive, flexible, professional, and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did!

Brought my Porsche 911 GT3 over to Mike at AS for a full Xpel wrap. Took about 3 weeks for the whole job and boy I am so happy with the finished product! It was worth the wait. All my expectations were met and the quality of their work and their attention to detail is hands down the best!
Mike sent me pictures of my car every week just to keep me updated of the progress. He is very professional and spot on.

I contacted Mike and found that he was very knowledgeable in tint and car wraps. I knew from our first conversation that I could trust Mike with my 1 day old 2022 Tesla Model S. It was difficult to part with my new car but I knew it would be best. Mikes costs for a full stealth wrap, bumper to bumper 35 Ceramic tint all the way around was not the cheapest but it was worth every penny. Appearance Solutions was referred to me by a friend who had his Tesla Model 3 wrapped in xpel stealth. I reached out to Mike and had a lot of questions before I got my car. Mike took time to answer all of my questions. I picked up my Tesla Model Y performance and drove it straight to Appearance Solutions. I wanted to have a protective wrap put on my new Tesla Model X. I contacted multiple companies. Mike got back to me almost immediately with a variety of options. When I brought my car in we discussed all the various options and I decided on the 3/4 body wrap as it would provide the protection I wanted for the susceptible areas on my car and saved me some money. Mike also recommended "wrapping" the backs of the seats - something I would never have thought of, but was probably the best thing I could have done - and he gave me a sweet deal to do them (he probably would prefer I not say that!). Since then I take my car in for hand-washes when he can squeeze one in. Any time I am there he has from half to a million dollars worth of cars that he is working on! He is always very professional, does precision work, and makes sure you are happy with their work! I can not recommend Appearance Solutions more highly!

You can tell a lot about the integrity of a business by their willingness to help people with small jobs. Had a small amount of piano black trim I wanted wrapped in a satin PPF. Oscar was thorough in explaining the process and squeezed me in the next morning and Mike was kind enough to give me a lift home since I lived in the neighborhood across the train tracks. Great experience and a welcome reprieve from some of the other shops in the area.
