I went there today during my lunch. I waited in the drive thru like 20 minutes, after I got my food and got back to work, my sandwich was mashed almost flat in the bag and the paper it was wrapped in was wet, idk if it was juices or grease from the roast beef, but my bread was soggy, also I had ordered it in a medium size combo and I think I got small and my sweet tea was Unsweetened tea. I had to go buy another drink from my work. I usually don't have this problem, not sure what was going on with them today.

We love arby's, but along with everything else it's too dang expensive nowadays. Especially since the whole shrinkflation now. Coupled with peoples bad attitudes. Sorry you're having a bad day but if you dont want to work, then quit maybe dealing with the public isn't for everybody . Also fresh warm food is a thought, 3rd time at this arby's with the same experience.

Waited in line for 45 minutes. Their shake machine is broken, and they were out of roast beef. The things they are known for (roast beef and shakes) they don't have. How do you run out of roast beef? That doesn't even make sense.

This is the second time I had a terrible experience at their drive thru. I had a long wait to place my order. There was only one car in front of me. The employee who took my order didn't give me a total. When I drove around there was just that one car waiting to get their order. It was almost 8 minutes before I got to the window. The guy inside never acknowledged me or gave me my total, I watched him walk away and go through a door near the cash registers. The other employee just stood at the counter with no customers. I could see that it was not very clean or orderly. After waiting about 8 minutes, the drive thru guy never reappeared and the other guy just stood leaning on the counter. I drove over to KFC and was able to place my order and get my food within minutes. Very disappointed in the FP Arby's.

Great classic roast beef, only problem is the manager and how they gave employees trained, I order online and if my order is wrong missing a sandwich they claim they can't do anything, they said online isn't Arby's, I said I use your app, still they refuse without giving any info, I asked for district manager she wouldn't give it to me she said it's his personal phone to. Unreal never seen a business like that. Thank God i complained at corporate online, and the District manager called me unblocked and was a really nice guy & very professional, he is a people person, but the manager now isn't. She made me wait in at drive through window I got email from them saying my order is ready only 3 classic chickens, when I pulled up and she opened window seen it was me she said it Wil be a minute I clocked it 8 minutes later she came back said can you pull up and someone will bring it out, I asked her I got email saying it was ready she said it is and it isn't, then shut window I pulled up waited 5 more minutes total of 13 and a nice young man brought my order out

Went in to get a burger meal. It took five minutes to get someone to take the order..then the drink Machine was broken. When I ask for a tea I was given a cup..no ice. I had to ask the guy to put ice in the cup. There was no customer service. If I could have given a grade on that it would be a negative 10. It was like being waited on by zombies. Won't be back

4/9/24 UPDATE- I tried using the app to order my food today and ordered when a different shift of workers were working. This worked well. The food was ready in 5 minutes and very good.

3/24/24 - This restaurant has really gone downhill. My wife wanted Arby'sclassic sandwich today, so I went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, fries, and Jalapeño bites. I was the 3rd of 3 cars in line. After I ordered it took over 30 minutes to get my food. I asked the girl at the window if they had some problem, and she said they just had a lot of people inside. I looked inside, and there were a lot of people, but no one was at any tables. They were all waiting for their orders, too. My sandwiches were cold, so they weren't fixed fresh. This is the worst eating place in Fort Payne..

Waited close to 20 minutes at DT for a beef n cheddar meal.Sandwich was cold and very undercooked.Meat was very pink.
