Very expensive inside the store. Staff is friendly except the assistant manager. Usually plenty of staff behind the register. Gas used to be the cheapest around. Not anymore. I was 50 cents short. I work a half a block away abd have been patronizing them for several years. The cashier asked the assistant manager if I could just run back to my work and come right back. She said I know your a frequent customer but no. I was shocked were talking 50 cents. I won't be going there very often. The managers are the least friendly workers out of the staff. Some of the other staff have let me do it or said don't worry about it. EVERYTIE i have I've Always paid them back. TODAY THE SAME PERSON WAS WORKING A REGISTER AND I WAS NEXT IN LINE. SHE DIRECYED NE TO STAND IN LINE BEHIND ANOTHER CUSTOMER AT A DIFFRENT REGISTER. THEN A GUY CAME IN AND SHE TOOK HIM AND WAS FINISHED BEFORE I EVEN STARTED. OVER THE YEARS UT SEEMS LIKE MANAGEMENT DOES WHAT THEY WANT. ARNT COSISTANT WITH THERE QUALITY IF SERVICE AND ESPECIALLY there friendliness. Those are two of the most recent incidents. I could go on and on. The assistant manager is frankly just rude.

Arco has a lot of gas pumps so I rarely have to wait. The car wash does a great job on my car. The store has a lot of variety and hot and cold food available. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I have worked with some of them in the past and they love working at Arco. I would highly recommend to a friend.

When it comes to propane tank exchange better check your tank to make sure it's safe and not one of the propane exchange tanks from almost every other store in the county. Even if it has a stamp that shows its been recertified almost all of them have rust and/ or dents in the collars while many of them the valve won't shut off the gas if appliance is attached. The staff here is very diligent about only accepting safe propane tanks which means if you have a good tank this is the place to exchange it because no other exchange location cares like they do.

I didn't feel the gas was good. It definitely didn't take us as far as other gas stations and we got gas here twice over the last week. The car wash was okay.

I went to see Andrea Boccelli at Arco Arena and had a great time there. My Mom is disabled and they attendants were so kind and helpfull in getting a wheelchair for her and pushing her to our section of the arena. I had never been there before and it was a very pleasant experience.

Customer Service gets a B+ from me now. Much Happier more pleasant people. There's only one bad egg left. He's a night shift worker for hassling my Diabetic 23 year old Son about his mask being on. All he was purchasing was soda and chips. If not for Mr. Ego I would have gave 5 Stars.

I was really shocked today when I went in AMPM to pay for my gas. I have been going here since the day it has opened and I have never had any problems before, until today. I have never been waited on by Jessie before. I asked if you could pay the .35 cent charge in cash so the 40 transaction, would only be 40. He said that was not an option, that they must take it out of your debit card. I really wasn’t happy about that so while punching my pin in I made a comment about the policy. He rudely told me that I could go to another place if I didn’t like it. I said oh, then I looked at his shirt and he offered me his name. I made a comment that yes I could do that, accused me of saying the comment to his face about him and I proceeded to tell him he wouldn’t be there long with his attitude and he bragged that he has been there a year. Just then another worker told him that it was enough. I walked out and will patronize Jon’s Pit Stop from now on. First they are not going to tell me how I I must pay a ridiculous fee on my own money. The cashier was rude, disrespectful and forgets that the customer comes first. Last but not least he needs lessons that obviously wasn’t taught to him before he entered into a customer service job. He basically wanted to argue and choose me to be the candidate. NOT
