AVIR is a wonderful company to work with from start to finish. They did a fantastic and professional job installing my home entertainment system and understanding my needs. Great communication, professional and punctual. The knowledgeable technician walked me through the entire process and showed me how to operate all the devices programmed. From calling in to speak with someone to the technician that came to my home they gave excellent customer service. I highly recommend AVIR for any Audio/Visual needs.

I bought a house that they had installed a Control5 system and audio/video. The underlying work and cabling was a mess. I can't say AVIR did this work, but whoever did it was terrible. AVIR was our contact, so assume they knew about the poor cabling. I had them install a TV, which went OK. It was installed and done, but not worth a high recommendation.

I have used AVIR for 13 years. After recently getting a ridiculous quote for an extended range WiFi problem I was having I decided to get a quote from another vendor. Boy am I glad I did. The problem was solved quickly by AVI Tech and for 1/10 the price. I always knew I was paying top dollar for AVIR, I just didn't know I was getting ripped off. My advice is to get multiple quotes from different vendors before you consider AVIR.

I can’t recommend them enough! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Geniuses! And they have after hours “emergency assistance” honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life ! If I could add 5 more stars I would .
