The food here was okay. The view is great. When we ate here, there was a man doing live music on the balcony. It was pretty loud for it to be such a close space. We found it to be more distracting than enjoyable. The fish and chips were good. The burger looked great! However, i’m pretty sure it was a frozen patty that was hardly seasoned. Pretty much just cheap bar food with a decent view.

This really is a cool spot. Great balcony and if there's a wait, you can hang out in the bar or game room with large TVs, chess and pool. However, the menu is limited and even on a busy day, the food came out cold and old in some cases. Waiting in the bar area, only one in line, the bartender didn't even acknowledge us. Hubby mentioned it to the hostess and others and they all chuckled that it's typical for that guy. The service at the table was great and I recommend the spinach and artichoke dip.

PROs: Great location. The view is nice. The building is gorgeous. The atrium (waiting lounge) is classy. All restaurants should have an atrium waiting lounge. Love the history of the place! Hostess was friendly.
CONs: No on-site parking, only off street or pay parking. Wait staff was not warm and welcoming, we felt as if we were just a task to check off the list. Heads up! There is a gratuity charge added to the check no matter the party size, supposedly to cover the kitchen staff, the end tip is for the wait staff.

We ordered Razorback Cheesesteak, Sweet Potato Fries & Nachos. My husband mentioned the cheesesteak was tasteless, the worse he's had. And as for my Nachos, it had to be deconstructed to get to the protein at the bottom of the plate. It was missing the sour cream and the cheese was one big blob of cheese gathering the tortilla chips into a ball of mess. The sweet potato fries was the only enjoyable and edible food.

This is a great atmosphere, pure Eureka Springs vibe with music, views and friendly staff. Our drinks were delivered quickly, and great tasting food. Co.e enjoy your weekend.

The view here is excellent! Definitely sit on the patio if possible. They also have heaters for when it's chilly outside.

At first glance, the menu seems very basic with burgers and sandwiches but many of the options are unique. I had the veggie sandwich that was made with fried green tomatoes and it is genuinely one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. The tomatoes were crispy and there was some sort of delicious spicy sauce on it. The broccoli cheddar soup was also amazing and I was informed that they make all of their soup fresh in-house. Which would explain why it was so delicious.

Everyone else at my table thought their food was very good as well. With a special shout out for the very unique Monte Cristo that was served with some sort of jelly and powdered sugar.

Gratuity is mandatory but we were informed of this while pain so it wasn't a gotcha sort of situation.

This is the second time I have eaten here, and the first time was 7 years ago. Both experiences were good though I think the food has actually improved over the last 7 years.

Highly recommend not only for the food but also for the view which overlooks the Ozark Forest and the main drag in downtown Eureka.

Me and my dad recently ate here last night, and I gotta be honest, hands down a very amazing restaurant after a long day of walking around the main street!

Our hostess, Julie (I'm pretty positive that's her name), was funny and introduced us to our table in both a sweet and genuine form, she really stood out during our time! ^^
I had the Razorback Cheesesteak (it's pretty awesome and still would recommend it), and my dad had the Portabello Burger (I didn't take a picture of it, but it was still delicious when I had a bite) during our time. The weekend exclusive menu was a little unfortunate because we saw some other options like the Chicken Alfredo that we wanted to take out, but they said it wasn't available. That's still fine.
We had some of their Jumbo Chicken Tenders to go for our family back at our hotel, and they were DEFINITELY Jumbo sized (as big as my hand, still good though)

Our waitress was very sweet and took our order without either delay or feeling rushed, though while I would LOVE to give this place 5 stars, I do have to mention that I asked for a side of ranch to go with my fries for my Cheesesteak. I requested it with my order as she took it earlier, and I can understand them being forgetful or being busy, but by the time my ranch had come after a third time of asking, my fries were already cold, but that's just my only complaint.

I'd still recommend this place for the gorgeous view it provides, the food, the ambiance, the lovely hostess and servers, and just about everything else on a net positive here ^^
I hope I get to visit this place again and have just as much of a good time as I did with my dad.

Great atmosphere, but food is a little over priced based on over all quantity. As expected extremely busy around noon. Staff were friendly but expect a mandatory 18% gratuity...
