I’m a painting contractor in Groveland and have worked around Banks Glass in passing as well as painted their installed window trims many times, but have never been a direct customer until recently.

A hawk dive-bombed our front picture window in an attempt to snatch one of our small dogs lazing on the couch inside. Fortunately for us the hawk only broke the outside pane (and didn’t get the dog), but we still had a large panel broken in many pieces. We expected to replace the entire window.

From the start the Banks Team was professional and courteous, and they had a tech out to look at the damage within a day or two. Even better, rather than be advantageous to our situation they informed us that we could actually replace just that pane at a fraction of the price of a new full window!

They scheduled us quickly and had the pane replaced in only a few weeks- an exceptional lead time.

To be honest I’m not sure whether their prices are higher or lower than their competitors- we didn’t look. The price seasoned reasonable to us right off the bat, and their team’s professionalism up front inspired more than enough confidence that we’d get all of the value we’d expect, so we signed with them as soon as we received the estimate. Their team and their techs delivered on our expectations and more!

Long story short:

1) They did what they said they’d do at the price they said they’d do it.
2) We found the value they provided overall to be disproportionately higher than their price
3) We moved the couch so the dogs can’t sit there anymore.

I hired Banks Glass to replace all of my windows and sliding door in my home. Their residential team did an amazing job and the crew was excellent to work with. They came out to measure twice ahead of installation and all 28 windows fit perfectly, which I found very impressive. Scheduling was a few months out due to COVID, but worked well since I had another contractor doing the prep work on the stucco. The crew was very experience, on time every day, and completed the project a day early. They were very clean and paid close attention to detail. I am very pleased with the finished results and glad I found them. Great service over the phone with their office and the leads who ran the project were a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend them for any glass project.

I love my windows! I am so glad we choose Banks Glass. Phil was the foreman in charge of the installation. Phil took the time to make sure we understood the process. Phil and his co-workers were great, they were quick and left our property clean and in great condition. What a difference the windows have made, my electric bill was over 100.00 less than it was last December.

I also want to say that everyone at Banks made our window replacement easy and worry free. Brad Thomas was easy to deal with, prompt in responding to any and all of our calls and questions. All in all one of the best experiences I have ever had. I tell everyone considering replacing their windows to go to Banks!

I want to pass on my compliments for the great job Banks Glass did on replacing 11 of my failed windows. The installers, Matt and Thomas, were on time, courteous, and very professional. Their glazing and attention to detail was amazing. The estimators were also very good and professional. I would highly recommend Banks Glass to anyone needing window repair or installation.

Update;
I just had Banks install my shower glass enclosure. It was very tricky because of the size and shape. They did a great job measuring to make sure it was an exact fit and did a terrific job installing it. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the work, which we are. Another gold start for them!

Previously I have used Banks Glass for repairs to some of my Andersen windows. The results have been great. To address today's problem (door handle came off in my hands), Zac talked me through using an Allen wrench to tighten the set screw on the inside door handle. He saved me a bundle of money and a wait for parts/appointment. Banks Glass helped an 80 year old lady and has earned my loyalty.

We hired Banks Glass to install 8 sliders in our place in Arnold. It was an all day job and Banks Glass staffed it not only with enough people to finish the job in one visit but their employees worked hard, thoroughly and communicated great with us and amongst themselves. They were respectful of our home, keeping it clean and their work areas tidy. They did great detail work with the inside & outside trim around the sliders AND 1 of the guys even found a diamond earring my daughter had lost in her room. He didn't keep it....he came upstairs and gave it to me! I never would have known. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Thank you Banks Glass.
