The customer service team was great. I wouldn't recommend the food for a bunch of reasons but let's just say we found extras in our burger we didn't order. The theater was clean and they had so many amazing updates. They do have a police presence which makes me think it tends to have a rough crowd. I went to a movie on Friday evening 7:10 pm and Saturday at 4:00 pm and an officer was at the front door both times.

We went for my son's birthday. The movie theater was nice and clean. Had a playground inside of it. The restrooms didn't have working soap dispensers. I told an attendant. The response was "ok ". I went into two other restrooms and found some store bought dispensers so I relocated it to the one that was closer to the theaters. You're welcome. The food was overpriced and bland. We got a complimentary sundae with a brownie for his bday. The bowling lanes were uneven and not fun to bowl on. All of our balls kept rolling off to the left. Overall my son had a good birthday. We'll return for the theater experience but not to bowl.

False advertising!!! Took my daughter and her friend kiosk says half price games on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after inquiring they removed the sign and said it was only on Tuesday… I probably would have bought different cards if the sign had not been there and they offered no accommodation there was hair in pizza and I spent $80.00 rip off!!!

Went on Christmas day to see "The Color Purple" with my family. Seating was reserved, but some of the seats were empty. We opted to move back a few rows, but overall, it was still comfortable. Upon leaving, we decided to take a family photo and check out the rest of the amenities. Awesome! We will be returning.

Update: WE have been back here almost every other weekend. We have so much fun in the arcade and love the relaxing movie experience.

Update: Enjoy going in the middle of the day with my family. We have a good time in the theaters all by ourselves. It's quiet and relaxing and the movies are great.

Awesome place! Came here yesterday (3/30/25) with my family. The food was fresh. My kids really loved their pictures on the bowling lane & I RAVED to everyone about the arcade. I expected super expensive games (similar to other places) but they were inexpensive per game so my kids had a solid 1.5/2 hours before they used up their credits. Then, you can pick your own prizes so you're not rushed. At our table, Andrea brought us colored pencils (complete with sharpeners!). It was a pleasant experience. Thanks Andrea, Kendall & all the other great staff for making us feel welcome! We will definetely be back!

It's an amazing theater that has a bowling center and a small arcade in it. Definitely will be my number one spot for watching movies. They also have updated recliner seating and heated seating. Which is a plus for me as I'm always cold. Just beautiful 👌🏻

So. I've had the last 2 hours to think about my review on my drive back home. Yes, my family and I TRAVELED 2 hours there and 2 hours back home from Springfield, IL to see TWISTERS IN 4D. We bought tickets at the beginning of August for the August 30th show.
*we all had already seen it in regular theaters opening weekend...and was super excited to see it in 4D with all the special effects.

Staff....Great. awesome customer service. Zero complaints.

Prices....Meh, they weren't too terrible either tbh. Walked around the facility when we got there.....bowling alley, arcade, bar, and small eatery. Went thru some other theaters just to peek around. Play ground for kiddos inside a theater. Chaise lounge chairs in another..... Awesome. Everything is exceeding our expectations thus far.

The bathrooms were a disaster....even had a broken toilet seat in the men's room. I chalked the mess up to being at a late movie *showing was at 10:15* and maybe they just hadn't gotten to it yet. But the toilet seat..........!!!!!!

We are all thinking HOLY COW this place is amazing, aside from the trashed bathroom and broken toilet seat. Until our movie started.....and that's when everything went downhill.

Being as it was ADVERTISED as Mx4D......all of the patrons expected and deserved ALOT more than we got.

The theater itself was a bit hot.....figured no biggie....when the wind picks up in the movie....we are supposed to feel it. And maybe we'd find relief in that.

Ok, so first action scene hits.....seats are rumblin & vibrating and there was some strobe light effects. Awesome. However when it came time to endure the winds and mists from what we thought to be a 4DMx Movie experience....we got zilch.

The seats did NOT move as advertised. There was NO wind. There was NO mist.

The seats would have been acceptably comfortable.....HAD we had something to distract us from the uncomfortable straight up positioning. (AKA THE ADVERTISED Mx4D EFFECTS)

Forgot to mention that the only BREEZE we got.....was when a fairly large gentlemen rushed in front of us to go refill his popcorn. And by the time the movie was over.....all of us were sweating like we had ran a marathon. It had to be AT LEAST 80+° in that theater, as when we opened the door to the outside.....it was cooler outside than it was in the Mx4D theater.

Sad to say this is our first and LAST experience and B&B. Only way I'm going back is if they hire a car service to come get my family....pay for our dinner & play TWISTERS again.

I will say before we left.....I demanded a refund. As did about 6-10 other people.

This was the absolute WORST experience and I would hope management would care enough to compensate the additional $60 travel expenses we incurred as well. Given this was 100% false advertising on their behalf.

Unless management makes it right later this morning.....I fully intend on filing with the Better Business Buearu. 100%

Sorry this is so long but I'm NOT a happy camper.

So this morning, I attempted to phone the theater and speak with upper mgmt about our experience. The cheap automated system they have....absolutely will NOT allow direct contact with the theater.

And yes I've sent an email to Contact them......so we shall see. I'll post updates as this issue progresses.

Update-9/18/2024--3 WEEKS LATER---ZERO RESPONSE from mgmt and yes I've emailed them 3 dif times. I will NEVER be back. And they've been turned into the BBB and filed an official complaint with the county in STL against their business license. The fact that MANAGEMENT knows about ONGOING issues.....and clearly has been going on for the last YEAR.......WITH ZERO RESPONSE or my refund.......is piss poor excuse for mgmt and CORPORATE employees.

Glad your front runners are top notch at customer service.....but the lack of mgmt that cares will soon spread to those that do actually care and try to make customers happy.

Firt time at the B&B theater. Tried the MX4D. Seen Deadpool and Wolverine. Wow! Loved the seats. The movement, water sprays, made you feel like a part of the movie. Cant wait to come back. They have a bar, restaurant, games and bowling. Seats were very decent and $15 each. A large popcorn and 2 drinks were $30. A little more pricie compared to my local theater. Had an amazing time. Will be back.
