Ordered Marquis Seat tickets online only to arrive and be told the theater was broken and the showing was cancelled. We were offered a refund which we agreed to but we paid $54.51 but only refunded $47.97. When I asked the employee said it’s because I booked through a third party. I booked through their own website! No apology Out $6.54 and a night planned out with nothing to show for it. It’s no surprise the theater isn’t packed like the others in the area.

Me and a friend took our two boys to see Sonic 3 on New Year's day 2025. First impression walking in, I was very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very short handed but the two girls were doing a great job. Concessions were priced more than I thought they should be. Almost $19 dollars for a large drink and popcorn but I guess to compete I understand. AMC is much more. The theater was very nice. The movie played great, the sound was awesome. Men's room situation wasn't very well stocked. Soap was in one bottle for all sinks and no paper towels. I loved the coke freestyle machines. Popcorn was very tasty. I'm not very good at putting butter on myself and that was my first time ever seeing that. Overall a pretty good experience

Saw our show in the Marquis Suites. Not as good as their competitor in Springfield since there are no servers and you have to order your food at the counter. But the menu was good, little pricey but not terrible. Only complaint would be that there was one single bathroom in that area of the theater, which of course had a line prior to the show. But overall, good experience, clean theater, comfy seats, friendly service.

We took our 7 old to see The King of Kings and B&B thought a good advertisement would be for the 3 best HORROR films coming out this year. Our son was crying and scared of every trailer afterwards until the movie started. Unbelievable

This place was awful. The place seemed abandoned.. if you wanted something from the counter you had to yell hello to get service.. Slushy machine was turned off (at 8pm). The room they put us in had a ceiling leak that we had to hear drip the entire time. The seats were not even able to recline. I wish I had something positive to add. We paid over $30 for 2 tickets and 1 soda. Save your money.. go to literally any other theater.

It's a regular theater, not bad. But I live in Ozark and come here often and 100% of the time I come the popcorn is old and stale. There was one time that we got a chicken sandwich and it was raw. I understand that we come during the week and in the evening, but fresh popcorn should be made no matter the movie time, especially since you guys are charging so much for it.
