The place is beautiful. There is food, cocktails, sodas, and candy. The theatres have comfy reclining chairs that are also heated! Overall, the building is comfortable.
However, I don't know if it was the particular movie or the sound system, but the background music and sound effects were so loud, I couldn't hear or understand the dialog. Yes, it was an action film, but it was hard to get into the movie because I was covering my ears the whole time.
I recommend bringing earplugs.

The theater itself was really nice! Seats very comfortable and rooms spacious!
That alone earned 2 starts from me .
The customer service was horrible ! The two workers my husband and I saw when we walked in didn’t greet us or acknowledge us in anyway. We could’ve just walked in and walked past them to see a movie .
We asked if the bar was open (which seemed to be a hassle)
We ended up just ordering a simple drink and a couple hotdogs to avoid further aggravation

I’ve been going to this theater for years now and I have yet to have a bad experience. The popcorn is always buttery and their seasoning stations are always clean. The reason I’m leaving a review now is because my wife and I had arrived to pick up our tickets and were told the seats we reserved weren’t available. Instead they reseated us and gave us vouchers for free tickets at a future date. The new seats they gave us weren’t as good as the original but we couldn’t complain because the theater manager and employees handled the situation so well. This is a really solid theater and we are always reminded of the magic of the movies when we are here.

first off we showed up at the movies and we went to the concessions
it was around 11 but a little before
we were craving pretzels. They said they did not make food until 11. How can you show movies but not serving hot food. Ridiculous
Staff was not very polite and was kind of rude when we had to change our order a bit. Also was not very clean . There was popcorn all over the floor and the bathrooms are tight and crammed. We saw wicked in 3d and they just had the glasses sitting out in a basket. No bag. How unsanitary. Also the order of the rows messed up our experience. My aunt was confused because she had assumed that A was at the top. Our necks hurt by the end. Overall not a pleasing experience and the staff was not helpful

I’m irritated because we spent $60 for me my husband and 2 kids to see Sonic 3 and the ice machine was out in two of the soda machines the girls bathroom didn’t have soup the water didn’t work on one of the faucets (they were the no touch sensor kind of dispensers for soap water and blow dry) I can clearly see they charge all this money for the fancy stuff but nothing is getting stocked or taken care of and on top of it no one checked our tickets we could have just snuck into the movie because we paid at a kiosk that dispensed our tickets to us. I’m disappointed! Over priced I think

My husband and I went there last night to watch John Wick 3. The pricing for the tickets was reasonable. However the show started at 7:15 p.m. I use the ladies room before I went in and went into a stall that had human waste in the toilet. The restroom was filthy! Toilet paper all over the floor. After watching a movie that was over two hours including these trailers. After the movie was over before the drive home I wanted to use the bathroom very quickly. Not paying much attention I accidentally walked into the same cubicle that was full of waste! Absolutely disgusted. The restroom was still filthy clearly no one checks on it on a regular basis. The theater was nice to be kept so filthy was quite shocking. The trash cans were over full and this was on a Wednesday night. Not exceedingly busy so I don't understand why they couldn't keep the restroom at least decent or the trash cans I'm not overflowing.

I went to see Madame Webb on the Super X Screen and let me tell you that it was Breathtaking to experience!
My Girlfriend has been waiting to see this movie and we couldn't have picked a better place!
The staff was so helpful and kindly and respectful. Had to tip well for this amazing service and experience!

The food was good, the Adult Beverage selection was great.
I had 2 "The Actor" drinks and... WOW!
I'll be back very, very often!
