A customer found my car keys in the parking lot, called my same local vet, retrieved my contact info and called to stop bye and picked up my keys. This is btw far above standard customer service and shows how much this business cares about it's customer base. I can't thank all involved too return our most important thing we have, keys to our life.

I typically really enjoy bealls. the store is always clean and normally has new things every time I’m there. great deals and rewards. i love the workers always sweet. Rebecca and Kacelyn are particularly helpful….. Although last night when I was in there were two women i’ve never seen working, one of the two was very rude. said to her coworker in front of me and my husband that she “ couldn’t get anything done in here with all these people here” it was around 8:30 when I believe the store closed at 9. I understand what it’s like for people to come in at the last 30 mins before close but saying that in front of a customer is just rude.!
