This place is the worst. I paid $60 for this. They said it was"open box" and refused to refund my money. Listing photos didn't show bent up bike. Drive two hours to pick up this? Ridiculous! ? ?

Massive warehouse. This place sells mostly Amazon and Wayfair returns. Found some really good deals, key is just to pay attention to the pictures and know what it is you're buying. While you're there, head over to the goodwill store next door. Its pretty big

fixed auctionRead the "small print" seller can counter bid to drive up the price. Also, be prepared to pay a 30-40% tax....Sometimes you can find a good deal but it's a gamble. Most of the stuff I've got have been damaged, missing parts or not functioning properly... staff is friendly and willing to help if you ask. Also, if you have an addiction problem, stay away lol

You have to bid online and pick items from warehouse.Need to pay attention on appears new items .once you leave facility returns are not accepted .you will get help to load big items to your car!!

Bid on and won a hot tub listing was shown as as is with all parts included when I arrived to pick up items the heat pump was missing and was only the liner when I asked several different employees about it they stated it did not matter and that is sold as is they said even if 90% of the components are missing they still sale it as is my wife also bought a new breast pump for a baby shower it was listed as new in box when she found it the pump had been used and the charger was gone. This business are a bunch of con artists with false advertisement of there listing condition and description do your self a favor and avoid at all cost stole 200 dollars from us with a smile.

Staff is always unnecessarily rude. They don’t send out proper updates and expect you to know. They coned off the entrance during business hours and only had a sign on the front door to let you know what was happening- which you had to move the cones to read… and then we got reprimanded for moving cones. More than once they have been just a huge group of entitled A holes.

This review is strictly for truck drivers. I cannot comment on the auction part because well I'm just a lowly truck driver. First off I was able to park at this place. Door number two was open so I went ahead and back into that. There is also a few spaces off to the side if there's already a truck here. The only two complaints I would have and they aren't a big deal really is that my appointment was for 8:00 in the morning and they didn't show up until 8:00 and also I was not told once I was unloaded. Other then that the people were super nice and helpful and I'm guessing actually got me unloaded pretty quickly because I did sit in the truck for probably half an hour without feeling anybody coming in and out. The only other problem you might have and it's not any fault of the companies is that customers do park in the same lot that you get unloaded in. So you will have to take an opportunity to exit once you do get unloaded.
