This is a review of the B&B restaurant. Very nice and attentive wait staff, the only positive. Caesar salad soaked in dressing, the blackened chicken breast was thinner than shoe leather and just as dry, mashed potatoes out of a box, the green beans were decent. My friend’s steak was just as dry as my chicken. Four people, two appetizers, four cocktails, and the meals came to $202 before tip. The “new” cook should go back to school.

This is a review of the food prepared at the restaurant:
The new ownership of The Buff Steakhouse in Hardy, AR has dropped this restaurants rating for food to almost ZERO. And, the management not offering us any type of compensation for the "worst 4 steaks" that I have ever seen come out of a restaurant's kitchen for about $45.00 per plate (steak and tax) is totally unacceptable.
My rating of 1 star and not 0 stars was based on the appetizers and potatoes being ok.
The steaks were burnt/charred and under cooked--oh my gosh--they were hard to cut with a steak knife due to the hard charred outer part. And, all 4 the steaks’ quality was also very poor—fibrous. This does not completely describe how bad the steaks really were, but I’m leaving it there.
Our wait person was told about the steaks and they said they would tell the cook. Well, great, but that did nothing for our party's food or feelings about the inferior steaks we were served. And, no one even asked us if anything could be done about our displeasure with the meal.
On a positive note: Our wait person was attentive.

PS: Your money can be spent for better food almost anywhere else

My husband and I came and enjoyed a AMAZING meal! Drinks are incredible, the atmosphere was excellent and Chrissy the manager has everything running smoothly and perfectly! The presentation of the meal was absolutely outstanding! The live music was incredible and our server Nina was hands down the most wonderful and amazing server ever! We recommend ?!!! If you aren’t experiencing this, you are missing out!!!

This was the first bed and breakfast my fiancé and I have stayed at. It was a very pleasant experience. We checked in Friday evening and were greeted by the manager who took us to our room. We thought the room was nice and our server Julie was great at dinner. We ended the night at the bar which served until 10:30 despite their hours saying they close at 10:00. Some other guests came in at 10:05 and the bartender said “since yall are staying here I’ll serve you.” Saturday we spent the day in town and attended a wedding. We came back to the BnB hoping to finish the night with a drink from the bar. We went at 9:55 and asked if they were still serving. The same bartender from the night before told me “no we’ve done last call.” I understood and jokingly said “we are staying upstairs” to see her reaction and maybe she’d offer a drink. Instead I got a glare. All good. I went upstairs to grab my cup and came back down to get water from the fountain. I then overheard the bartender talking about me to the manager and how she didn’t care if I was staying upstairs I wasn’t going to be served. That I wasn’t happy about and was confused why it was such a problem since the night before she happily stayed serving guests until 10:30. As a server I understand people have bad nights so maybe this was one for her, but consider where the people you are talking about are staying before you say something rude about them. Look, all in all this place is nice. View is cool and food is alright.

We had a wonderful time. Chrissy and her staff are awesome. The rooms were cute and very comfortable. The food was amazing! We enjoyed the view, pool and the music in the evening. We took a group of 10 friends and they all loved it! We will be back.

Their food is inconsistent. Their rooms are small, noisy, and way overpriced! From our room the band sounded as if it was next door which it was and did not stop until late, It has a pretty view, but not worth the price. I would rate it a 0 if I could.

This review is only for restaurant. Gorgeous views, charming. Food, though, is not quite there... Ceasar salad was fresh and delicious. Mashed potatoes and asparagus were yummy. Ribeye was 1/2 fat... 🙁 Yes, it's a fatty cut, but edible portion was tiny and a little tough. I have had much better ribeye at a much lower price. Disappointed... Service was great, thougb

The staff were all so sweet and welcoming. And when we wanted to stay past closing time downstairs to play games, they were so accommodating! The food was delicious—dinner at the steakhouse and breakfast the next morning. Our room was so cozy, and we didn’t even mind that the fireplace didn’t work, because everything else was just perfect. We came with a small group—4 couples total, and we will be back with more friends! My husband and I have always loved Biggers, but haven’t been here in a couple years. This weekend we have fallen in love with this place again. We look forward to spending more time here in the future, and can’t wait to experience the patio when it warms up!! Thanks for a great time!
