It was a great theatrical performance. Each actor was phenomenal. Would have liked it there was a story / mystery to solve. The
end was also a little sudden. There were a couple of jumpscare moments but overall it wasn't exactly scary.

Nightmare House on Franklin St. was great. However, they make it seem at the beginning that there is a mystery to solve, but nothing connects and the person who can tell you the solution is dead at the end so there is no resolution. The rooms were so disjointed and didn't seem to flow as a story as the introduction hints at. It is almost like they hired actors and then just said "do whatever character you want, and decorate your room however you want." The rooms were cool and it is well put together, but it would have more effect if everything were more connected.

We expected a walk through scare experience but were thrilled to discover a walk through theatrical horror interactive piece instead.m the story telling was both precise and subtle, with plenty of “easter eggs” for those who observed the entire picture. The sets and props were spot on and the performers excellent. Having the speakeasy/ bar prior to the event was a swell way to set the tone. We were inspired by this event to want to create more horror theatre (we are theatre folk).

I may have missed it on the website, so excuse this one quibble, suggestion. There were several ladies on our tour that clearly had mobility issues and I suspect that had they known there would be multiple levels of steep stairs, they would have avoided this event. I would suggest that you offer an obvious and clear disclaimer for those with mobility issues (unless I missed it and you do).

The Nightmare on Franklin was an awesome experience. It had a chilling sort of scare, like being in a dream of sorts. It was more entertaining than scary but still quite unique and dissociatingly frightening to an extent. Awesome time!!! Worth the cost!!!
