Have attended a few shows. The touring groups are always outstanding. Have had more than one interaction with ushers, I’m guessing all volunteer, that for the most part have been friendly and cordial but from observation a couple over the years have been somewhat aggressive in atttitude and attempts to flaunt what they feel is their authority….on more than one occasion this has been observed with a lady with short reddish hair in the lower balcony area, last show I observed this as was Saturday October 28 matinee for Come From Away. Retraining needed for this “volunteer,” and management should assess.

Amazing venue, the selection of shows is magnificent. The staff is always courteous and kind. I prefer this venue over bigger ones in my area.

Three Stars.... We are first time season ticket holders, and though there isn't a bad seat in the house, I agree with many other reviewers that the sound is a serious problem that will likely deter us from buying season tickets again. The orchestra is lovely, but it is incredibly difficult to understand the dialogue or words to songs. Regardless of whose responsibility it is, it seems to be a universal complaint that warrants attention.

UPDATED to FIVE STARS: 03/10/2019 -- Attended the Carole King "Beautiful" production, and it was FANTASTIC! -- The sound adjustments made for this show made it the most enjoyable experience we have had this season! Way to go!

Fabulous performance of Riverdance 25th Anniversary show. Ultra talented dancers, singers, and musicians. The scenery was outstanding and fit beautifully with each scene

Easy access. Some stairs required to get to your seats (no bad seats in the theatre). Friendly, helpful ushers. Food and drinks can be purchased at concession area and brought into theatre. Cellphones turned off is a requirement during the show. Good shows during the season with local talent.

Top shelf productions. We're lucky to enjoy the quality productions BTL bring to Huntsville.

The staff in the office are very helpful and by stopping in you save a few dollars per ticket, plus you get real good old tickets - no need to print at home.

Easy parking in front of the VBC box office the enter, turn right and head to the end of the hall.

Plus you'll get to see one of Huntsville's best art displays along the hallway. They rotate the display fairly often.

After purchasing ticket seats based on my medical condition they changed my seats to where I cannot enjoy the show. This venue has no air conditioning either. This is my 2nd and last visit and this shamble of a venue.

I knew that Oklahoma was advertised as a different take on the traditional Broadway show. However, yesterday’s show was very disappointing. It was very far from the traditional Oklahoma, and failed to include many of the main concepts. The set was sparse, the choreography lackluster, and the acting was amateurish.
