This is the worst rental car business I have ever tried to book with. I reserved a 7 seat suv over a week before pickup and they waited until 2 hours before pickup to tell me that they don't have one available. Perhaps one of their friends needed the vehicle. They offered me a 5 seater but I have that already Never use these people they will destroy your whole trip.

Cool people. Or they seemed cool before they made me overpay for my rental. They didn’t accept my discount code. It was another code on there but they said they couldn’t determine how much it was taking off “so it was better to keep it”. Told me one price before they ran my credit card then it declined cause the were withholding more. I realized they lied cause once my receipt was printed it said it was only 10% off. My code would've gotten me 35% off. I don’t like people being mischievous under my nose. On top of that the rental I got had HORRIBLE acceleration. We had a terrible time switching lanes trying not to get hit in traffic. Really ruined my experience with rentals. Won’t be renting from this location ever again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My wife and I paid for a rental car online before our trip to Little Rock. Budget took the money out of our account and we thought all was well. On the day we were dropped off at Budget to pick up our rental car, we were denied our car, despite the fact that our receipt said that we were good and Budget had already taken the money out of our account.

The woman working at the counter claimed that she was new and was completely untrained in these matters, which I found incredibly unprofessional. She claimed that her manager left her in charge without telling her how to rent the car to us. At that point, she packed up and left the store front without assisting us further.

I phoned her manager, who claimed to be the regional manager. He was unable to tell us anything about our rental and couldn't even tell me the phone number for customer service. I asked to speak with his manager and he refused to redirect me.

Long story short, I STRONGLY encourage you to avoid Budget Rental Car in Little Rock. My wife and I were left stranded without a car, even after they had taken the money out of our account. Later it was refunded, but it didn't help us get the car that we needed then.

I like budget its the only rental car company who still allows debt cards. So please hear me out retrain or get professional people at this location who do there jobs. Second time doing business with them and ive feel discrimination each time. First time the guy assumed I didn’t have enough of a credit score to receive a car. The second time who ever I spoke to the past week didn’t even reserve the compact suv I asked for because of this the opportunity to do business with my favorite company was forfeit by these individuals.

Nice, professional, great staff and everything was quick and easy. No waiting in a long line. I highly recommend this location it's very convenient.

In a world of bad customer service and customer service representatives that are rude and not caring, it’s refreshing to run across someone who’s doing it right. That would be the budget car rental at McCain mall in North Little Rock. I had to go on a business trip and the manager went way above the call of duty to help me get a car for the week. He didn’t have to do half the things he did but he did it anyway and that shows me what kind of integrity he has. I will always rent a car from this location. I recently retired but if I had my business I would hire him away from here in a heartbeat. Thank you budget!

They charged me too much ( 37$ more ) for the reason that return 30 minutes later, and not filled with gas, while I remember that I was full! They charged me $ 70 for gas! I am very angry because I rented vehicle per month 2 times! I never rent here anymore! his attitude stigmatized me because I am not good English and i am Asian ! I was so angry and feeling bad

I reserved a car online, and paid for it then I was told it wasn't available. I was also turned down because I didn't have a major credit card and I am still waiting on the money to be refunded. Would not recommend at all.
