Ordered ahead, 15 min wait. 3 cars in drive thru. Fries soggy. Tea was unsweetened. Just Awful. ? Cream was good.

I'm not the one to leave a bad review but they was out of fries... Substitute was onion rings or cheesy tots which they charge me extra for that BTW the next person in line gotten fresh fries I would have waited if they would of if they informed me. Messed up my order on top of this and normally on a 28$ total spent over 50$ because the lady at the register didn't give a crap about anyone there

Waited 20 minutes for our food, no big deal IF they would have gotten the order right. Gave us a completely different type of chicken sandwich with just bread. The other chicken sandwich had none of the ingredients advertised on it and looked disgusting. The onion rings were rubber and absolutely horrible. I really used to like this location but it has become one of the worse fast food restaurants in this area. Leaving a picture of what it should have been and what we got. ?

Came through drive thru this morning and there was only me and one person in front of me. I was told to pull up because they were making fresh hash browns. I waited over 15 minutes and multiple other people were served inside and through the drive thru before me and when I got my food it was cold.

Night manager at 8:45 Tuesday night the 22nd of 2024 was very despicable and not shy about how upset she was to remake my whopper with just ketchup. I became very embarrassed and ended up just leaving without my food because of her outbursts. Who knows how long she expected me to wait and listen to her throw stuff and complain about making a new whopper. My friends had already finished there food and we waited 15 more minutes. It was not my way right away.

Consistently poor service. 90% of the time my order is wrong. This was their excuse of a large fry I received today. O who ate the other half? It wasnt me. It's not even half full! Waste of my time and money. It's not that hard to fill it up or follow directions. 8 out of 10 times when ordering a double they give you a single patty.
