From everything we read about this, we really expected this to be a large show. Instead, it was clearly a small group of people putting on a show for just a few audience members. This is done in a little old corner bar. As another person commented there are fold up chairs with little card tables for a few people who can sit next to the makeshift stage, I did pay for a VIP table for a special occasion. A VIP table really was just an elevated section of the back wall that we had to ourselves with bench seating, and a little tiny Light weight table. I felt like there should’ve been four times more people, but this venue wouldn’t have held that many.

We had a really fun time although it wasn’t the production we expected. I would do it again, but I would see it more as a fun ( not too naughty) rated R strip show mixed with some really talented tease/ burlesque dancers.

We laughed so much for feeling overdressed and worrying about being in a dive bar.

This is for the SF show. Red Velvet appears to be a nationwide thing, so perhaps the experience differs widely on location. In SF, this was not a professional, large venue situation. There were 4 performers, no real stage, and folding chairs for about 8-12 people. Performance was only about 30m, and a decent chunk of that was getting the audience to perform. While the performers gave it their all, the show overall falls incredibly short of the expectations you may have formed from the website and other reviews - there almost seems to be a marketing mix-up. Two stars because it was so outside of the set expectations it was funny.

Not what I expected. Not a theatre it’s in a small club. Small budget show - only 3 female dancers. Low audience attendance. It was fun but the host is there to call people out and not make them feel comfortable and to enjoy show. Probably won’t go again! Felt cringy and uncomfortable…

I came across this on Instagram and it is nothing like it.. It falls short on expectations in many ways. The stage, seating doesn't feel professional..This isn't an experience I would recommend... Don't mean to disrespect the performers. Sorry.

Reservation confirmation was for 6:00pm-7:00pm, arrived on time, nothing was even ready. Actual show started @7:18pm 🙁 ; Standard wise, this was not the right venue and right level of performance as marketed on the website, there was no match compared with the actual show with website marketing.

Nice atmosphere! Definitely making this a must-have stop when I come to San Francisco. The burlesque show was so fun and the performers were spectacular.
