Excellent experience! Communication was so good…received a few emails prior to the event with reminders and asking if anything additional would be needed. Delivery and pickup smooth and as expected. I needed chairs and a cooler for my husbands surprise birthday party. Butlerz was able to accommodate me at a reasonable price and with great customer service. All the employees we dealt with were very nice, helpful and caring. The chairs and cooler were in great condition and I had no problems with them. I picked up/dropped off equipment and staff loaded and unloaded it. I would highly recommend for your party needs.

I cannot adequately articulate how impressed I was with the service from Butlerz Event Rentals! I have used many services over the years as I have been the party planner for large and small events but this is the first time I have been inspired to write a super fantastic review!
Being the mother of the bride adds so much stress and having these guys come in; calm, cool, collected, positive and energetic even with a very difficult pathway and sloped terrain was something I wish all companies could provide. Not only were they so easy to deal with and helped alleviate my stress, but they came in more than $400.00 cheaper than the other rental companies I got quotes from. I won’t even bother going anywhere else.
Added bonus was the discount we got when we also hired Epic Entertainment as our DJ. It’s a win win!!!
