Every time I go into here I feel like one of their friends. Every single person has been so lovely and kind. Today, I had the best experience with Olivia. Sweet, knowledgeable and so kind. This is my place to go to when in town. Can’t miss here. Recommend for sure.

I had such a pleasant experience at this store. I shopped with alondra, she was such a great help since I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet. I was in the mood to try something new; not only was she knowledgeable on the product but she was so funny and kind! She was so uplifting to the environment and I was so excited to try the products she recommended. I will repurchase everything she suggested and will definitely be coming back!

Love this shop amazing customer service except the last time I was there I was helped by Alonda and she was rude and tried to overcharge me for and I think she was going to pocket the extra money. Not sure if Ill go back but if i do I will not allow Alonda to help me.

Went for the first time . Usually you get a deal but their deal was spend a hundred bucks get 10 or 15% off on your first visit I wasn't down to spend 100 dollars. I went shopping there. There wasn't many good deals the bud was very expensive there wasn't anything here you couldn't get any other place. Not a good place to go if you're on a budget. The people were cool. The place is huge and clean. But for the price I give it only three stars.

Disappointing Experience with Defective Product and Extremely Poor Customer Service

I visited this store to purchase CBD products for my back pain after a recent car accident. Unfortunately, the Packwood battery I bought turned out to be defective and doesn’t work. When I tried to exchange it, I was met with appalling behavior from the acting manager, Bee.

Despite having a valid receipt and citing the store's own policy on exchanging defective items, Bee became aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. She escalated the situation unnecessarily, creating a hostile environment.

To make matters worse, the security guard intervened and was also extremely rude and unprofessional asking me to leave the store for upsetting and “playing” with the manager.

As a customer seeking relief for my chronic pain, I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect from the staff here was staggering.

Unless this store takes immediate action to address these issues and provide better training for their staff, I strongly advise against visiting this location.

Hopefully it gets to a manager,

I just went to your Store in HEMET Ca at 2145, to try and buy some gummies for sleeping, I am A Disabled Gulf war Veteran, and I was told there was no entry, even if the doors were fully open (inside) a couple of people (Hot Women of course) went in like it was their place, but I could not. Could you explain why? Not that it matters because I will never go back, and will make sure to post this everywhere on Social Media.
