Generalidades:

- Fui a ver la película de Oppenheimer y me tocó en la sala 2. No me gustó esa sala, es muy chica y los asientos no están centrados, un grupo de ellos está cargado hacia la izquierda y otro hacia la derecha, casi en el centro de la pantalla hay un pasillo, los pasillos tienen que estar a los costados, no en el centro de la pantalla.

- Aceptan tarjetas de crédito y débito como método de pago adicional al efectivo.

- Si tienes movilidad reducida y/o vas en silla de ruedas, te comento que el acceso y movilidad dentro del lugar es de dificultad media.

- El área de autoservicio en dulcería se encontraba desordenada y sucia.

- Las palomitas estaban casi frías. El sabor del hot dog era equis, no había mayonesa, ni jalapeño, ni cebolla ni mucho menos jitomate picado.

- La atención fue buena.

- Puedes estacionarte en el estacionamiento de la plaza.

Not a fan. If you are directionally challenged, don't go. I get lost every time trying to find the cinema and twice have walked in on people having sex on the couches. These are public areas inside the Chase without doors mind you. If you just go down the wrong stairwell you could end up seeing something x rated in real life. It would be great if they would either post better directions or increase monitoring of the premises. Don't sit on the couches. Seats in the theater aren't comfortable and for some reason the projector wasn't lined up with the screen properly so some of the sides of the picture were on the wall. Matinee tickets are cheap and they do validate parking if you can find the correct parking lot (this is also a challenge). The cons outweigh the pros, so I will go elsewhere in the future.

Watched Wicked at this theatre. First off, the sound throughout the entire movie was garbage, as they did not utilize the side fills in the theatre. It seemed like very very low volume and not mixed richly. Then during the final minutes of the movie, the movie stalled and crashed. Should’ve just gone to Ronnie’s tbh. Cheaper tickets, food, and drinks.

SHOUT OUT to the employee though that came in to communicate what was happening when the movie stalled. She was so great. The Chase does not deserve an employee like that 😍

Awesome little movie theatre inside the Chase Park Plaza Hotel. The theatres themselves are small, but comfortable. My only criticism is that the popcorn wasn’t quite as good as what I’ve had at other theatres.

Captioning devices won't clip to anything and the glasses don't work well. Couldn't get a refund of fees for the tickets either. It is not stadium seating so I couldn't see. Sears are so tiny and rows are barely big enough to move in when people aren't sitting and impossible when they are

Lovely stay. Great location. Helpful staff. Small things wish they had pillows on the couch, very starch. with 125 channels on the tv it would be nice to have a guide showing programs not just the channel.
