Chef Sarena provided a first class experience for 13 diners. Chef accommodated the dietary needs of our guests and the vegan meals were inviting and delicious. The cooking team arrived at our high desert home at an appropriate time and dinner was served at the requested hour. As each course was consumed, Chef and her helper removed the plates in a manner such that the diners didn't feel rushed, the pace of service was spot on. Lastly all plates & cutlery were washed and dried, a treat that was unexpected. I will happily recommend Chef Sarena and plan to employ her again in the future.

I again want to thank you for last night’s amazing dinner for my wife's birthday celebration! You and your staff totally knocked it out of the park 🙂 And the incredible food was only part of the success. The whole process leading up to the dinner was stellar. Ernie, your assistant, was wonderful and Rochelle, our server, was perfect! Her treatment of our guests, and her personal and service skills were just remarkable. You have certainly set a standard that’s hard to beat 🙂

Chef Sarena did a FANTASTIC job when she catered a Sunday brunch for me and my best friends during a girls' weekend in late July. We requested a keto-friendly meal, and she delivered a savory breakfast that was as visually appealing as it was delicious. She made eggs benedict, using almond flour to make us homemade bread. That was served with bacon, fruit, yogurt, fruit compote (made from scratch), tangerine juice, waffles with berries and fresh whipped cream. On top of it all, the food was beautifully presented, which added to our special meal. And, lastly, Chef Sarena is super warm and friendly. She was flexible when it came to the menu planning and she was engaging with us as she prepared the food. If I could give her more than give stars, I would. She was perfection!

Wow - what a fabulous dinner we had from Chef Sarena and her crew! We had a very large group, 24 people across 4 generations, for my mother's 90th birthday. The food was just incredible and my whole family (including the 4 year old) loved the selection we ordered, especially the BBQ Salmon. From the first contact, Sarena helped me to figure out an appropriate menu, general logistics, where to buy my extras (wine and birthday cake), and was very accommodating about a last minute add on. This really made our last night together so very special and I would absolutely use Chef Sarena when we visit again!

Chef Sarena was AMAZING! Everything she prepared was delicious including the salad she made using fresh ingredients from her garden! My friends and I could not stop talking about the quality of food and her attention to detail. From beginning to end she was warm, kind, and helpful. Her and her assistant worked extremely well to ensure that we had everything we needed and that the kitchen was as good as new when they left. My stomach is growling as I write this post. Chef Sarena was simply amazing! She was incredibly flexible and professional. We were seeking a chef for an event where we were hosting a group of executives at a private home for the evening, and she hit it out of the park. The menu was fantastic, and she found a way to accommodate all of our picky eaters and those with allergies. All of our guests were amazed! She even brought a crew with her to assist with serving, just to make the night that much more special.

I truly cannot recommend her enough!
