I have been going to the theater for the last couple of years with a medical alert service animal with no issues. However, this week I was denied entry due to the service animal. All of a sudden the staff at the theater changed the rules and I was asked for documentation because someone complained that there was a medical alert service animal in the theater. However, by ADA law you can not ask for documentation. I have never been asked to provide documentation since it is against the law, so I do not carry around the documentation. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person’s disability.

As a result, I feel I was discriminated against for having a medical alert service animal. I was not allowed to see the movie. It looks like the establishment does not follow the laws. I strongly believe the staff needs to be better trained in regard to ADA law. I do own multiple business in the Bay Area and extremely knowledgeable with ADA law and ADA code violations which I noticed in the establishment.

Sometimes it is best to handle this type of situation with the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and then let that first step spiral to further ADA investigations that may include website, operations, and building code violations in regard to ADA matters.

Just wow.

Amazing theater to watch movies. Not the best sound and video but the comfort of the recliners is amazing. Plus the theaters are low capacity so give a more chill experience of watching movie without being distracted by other people.

Sad and pathetic approach by the staff at the theatre especially the woman and man at the counter !! Have been going to watch movies there since years. I have a medical Alert service animal as I have an anxiety and panic attacks. Despite my service dog having his medical alert dog tag and vest I was refused entry to the theater. It has never been a problem in the past but now apparently an issue. It was the first time I was asked for documentation. It is well known the staff can’t legally ask for documentation.The staff was extremely rude and condescending regarding the issue. It is sad how I was refused entry. We even chatted with local police department who agreed that we should not have been refused service. An officer could have been dispatched but due to the long wait time for an officer we declined the offer from the police. No establishment can refuse a service animal under any circumstances what so ever. This shows how novice the staff is there to laws and regulations. Plan to persue with the legal authorities to get justice for discrimination…..

This theater presents as a rather unassuming experience, tucked deep down inside of a strip mall, setting the expectation that you're going to be visiting some low-key B-rate theater. Much to my surprise, this theater experience is the exact opposite.

Regardless of location, this theater exemplifies, independent ownership, localized concessions, and the understanding of a solid premium experience. Not only is there a nice arrangement of warm, Indian based snack foods for consumption, the reserved seating is ultra plush with fully reclinable chairs.

The staff was super accommodating upon my arrival, realizing that I had never been to this location before, offering me a full array of snacks that more than likely can only be consumed at this particular location.

This movie theater easily qualifies in my top two Bay Area theaters, contrasting the historical atmosphere of my other top 2 theater, Grand Lake, with an ultra premium feel of Cine Lounge Fremont 7.

Awesome place to hangout and watch a movie. Its got bay area's best recliner seats at half the price what big theaters charge and the cinematic experience is equally good if not better. They also do private parties and movie screening. It's located in a very nice location with a ton of parking and amazing resturants around. Definitely recommend to watch any movie especially indian movies.
