I had a party for my daughter this past Saturday (10/19/24) and all went better than I thought. We rented the party room for one hour and watched a movie of our choice right after. The staff from general manager (Andrew) and on were so helpful, professional, and made sure everything went as planned. We even had someone assist in setting up and serving! Thank you Mia for assisting us! I am very grateful for the great experience planning the party and carrying it out. Thank you Cinemark Missouri City and XD staff.

I noticed that they had a full staff this visit.
Last time when we went they were short of staff and you could see the lack of attention given to operations.
The restrooms were filthy, food service was disorganized and no one was at the service booth to assist with check in or guide to your chosen movie.
But I also blame the patrons for the filthy restrooms. When trash waste was all over the floors and counters, and also water dripped all over counters and floors.
This fairly new theater should be appreciated and respected more in our community.
Help take good care of it by doing your part.
Also I hope that our community will patronize this theater more frequently so that they'll generate the revenue needed to keep operations and employment up.
It has been just about empty each time we've gone.... it's been like a private party.
It really is a nice place to go and enjoy with our families. So come on everyone let's gather and support this theater.

I love this place! We used to go to the Pearland Cinemark but this one is worth the extra 5 minute drive. It’s very comfortable and the seats are heated the soda dispensers and not behind the counter allowing for free refills on drinks and ices. There are more food options and the screen is very high quality compared to the other Cinemark

This Has to be one of my favorite movie theaters I’ve ever been to, yes, I know it’s brand new however, everyone was so nice as well as the popcorn was fresh. The seats were really nice and plush, it was very much giving luxury in the suburbs.
My husband and I had a date night tonight to go and see the premiere of Black Panther, which I will say. It was an amazing movie, go see it. When we arrived, there was a step and repeat where we were able to take pictures and videos and I thought that was really cool. The workers were more than happy to take pictures of us even though we did have a tripod so I thought that was really great, my husband ate a Pizza Hut pepperoni 🍕 pizza! And I had some popcorn

I got the frozen margarita, but it wasn’t strong !
Overall, I can’t wait to come back with friends, come back again for date night. It was such a great experience. I loved it, and I can not wait to be back!
