The best theater experience ever. Bottomless popcorn that was amazing. Coupled with bottomless cokes, wow. The pizza was also delicious. The service took this place over the top. The servers were attentive, courteous and fast. The theater was clean and the chairs worked as advertised. This place gets ten stars but the max was 5 😁

I was excited to have a fun movie night with friends and decided to try Cinépolis for the first time. Upon entering, the theater looked very clean and well-maintained, and the menu was intriguing. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience.

From the moment we sat down, things started going wrong. Despite pressing our service button first, our waiter ignored us and took orders from everyone else in the theater before finally coming to us—making us the last to place our order. When our food arrived, it was relatively quick, but mistakes were already piling up. I specifically requested no ranch, yet they brought it anyway, and I had to ask again for the ketchup I originally ordered.

One of my friends ordered buffalo sauce, and we waited nearly 20 minutes for it to arrive—by then, his food was cold. We repeatedly pressed our service button, thinking the waiter would finally acknowledge us, but he continued taking other people’s orders instead. When the sauce finally arrived, we had to send the food back to be remade because it was no longer edible. To make matters worse, one of our appetizers, the chips and salsa, never arrived. When we brought it up to the waiter, he admitted he had completely forgotten and placed the order with only 30 minutes left in the movie—at that point, what was the point?

While the theater itself has a nice atmosphere, the service was incredibly disorganized and frustrating. The staff seemed careless about accuracy, and the overall experience was a waste of time and money. There was nothing “luxury” about this visit—just stress and disappointment. We won’t be coming back. 4/10.

Also, something that I almost forgot when we were paying at the beginning, we have to either add a credit card or pay cash upfront, which then they were later bring you the change back our server said that our bill was $76 which then when it came down to actually getting the bill, it ended up being way cheaper which to me is super un organized because when you go to any other restaurant when you order food, they put it into the system so you automatically know the customers breakdown of the bill.

My experience at Cinépolis was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t purchase popcorn unless I went inside to order. While I complied, this policy felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient.

Once we were seated, the issues only got worse. The seats we paid for weren’t functioning—neither the recline feature nor the service-call button worked. This forced me to press the button on another chair and eventually leave my seat during the movie to notify staff. Although they attempted to fix the issue by plugging in the seats during the movie (which was disruptive on its own), the seats still didn’t work properly.

Adding to this, I was with my autistic son, who understandably became upset due to the disruptions and lack of accommodations. This made the entire experience stressful and far from the premium service we were expecting. Not once did staff apologize or offer a gesture, such as complimentary popcorn, to acknowledge the inconvenience we endured.

For a theater that advertises itself as a luxury experience and charges premium prices, this level of service was unacceptable. I expected better customer care and functioning amenities. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others against doing so.

Sticky and dirty . Everything is sticky. In need of carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning on the regular. This theater is usually full of electric bike gangs that love sour patch kids and energy drinks. Don't look between the seats (barf) literally. They removed the lamps, so now people throw their trash in the holes. Animals. You would never know this theatre is in one of the most wealthy areas in the country. The bar is cool. But when they play sports on the giant screen they keep the volume all the way down. It's lame. It seems like they start to shows signs of updating/cleaning the theater but not much gets done. They for sure are making enough money to make it better. Another business run into the ground via greed and neglect. We started going to the theater in the UTC mall even though we live across the street from Cinopolis.

Comfortable clean and inviting environment. Food is good quality. We had a family movie night and possibly forgot a personal item on the seat. Called in the theatre and the staffs were very helpful and friendly to go the extra mile to help us find the item.

I saw Beetlejuice Beetlejuice here last weekend and would definitely see another movie here again. The seats are AMAZING. The food was good. A soda is ten bucks, but I guess that’s usual for a movie theater. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they don’t let you order food/drinks/popcorn until you’re seated and push the button on your chair to request waitstaff (make sure you push it hard enough to turn the blue light on. I thought I’d pushed mine for 15 minutes until the waiter came to take my neighbors order and I saw his button was lit up). We weren’t able to go to our seats until ten minutes before showtime so they were taking orders for the first 30 minutes of the movie. But as I said, I would definitely go again.

Still the best and cleaner Cinepolis compared to other locations. Service can be a bit sluggish during rush time. Food and drinks are good too. Only once they switched my order, but made it right after I pointed out.

I watched Reagan here on Labor Day. The service was silly right off bc the guy kept calling me “My Friend “ although I’d never seen him before in my entire life.
The food wasn’t nearly as good as what I’d previously experienced at Del Mar Cinépolis.
The shrimp quesadilla at La Costa Town
Square was NOT fresh and the truffle fries were so over fried that I couldn’t eat them . They were all hard as wood but I was as too into the movie the get a refund or ask for it done right.
