I can’t recommend Circus Sanctuary enough! I started out doing the classes through U of A and I couldn’t get enough so I joined their regular group classes as I’ve been getting back into aerial after a few year hiatus. It is the most supportive, friendly and fun environment ever! Going there always puts a smile to my face and is a much needed break from my busy school weeks. Kelsey, Sara and Erin are amazing and I’ve learned so much in their classes!

Super inclusive queer owned and SWer positive studio. They have amazing and skilled instructors, they have pole and basically all things aerial. I did their three month winter intensive program and loved it. They have privates with instructors so you can level up in a targeted discipline, and I’ve made a ton of friends here. A great place to build community.

Amazing place to learn circus skills. The class packs are a great value, and all the staff I’ve interacted with have been great. They’re very welcoming of people of all skill levels, I tried the flexibility and silk classes.

I was visiting from out of town and signed up for the week long intensive. Kelsey is an amazing instructor and scheduling was super easy! I got farther in my splits in one week with her than I had on my own over the last 2 yrs!

Awesome space- very welcoming! All levels from beginners to magical flying aerialists! Very empowering in the way you are encouraged to train and grow all while having fun. The teachers are professional(many years of experience and recommended teaching courses) with your best in mind at all times. They offer many different classes to fit your needs and have very flexible times.
You can see the bonds between teachers and students. It really is a sanctuary for all!

I have signed up for pole, dance trapeze and flexibility with Kelsey and her amazing instructors. I am always challenged with individualized training, whether I'm in private lessons or in a group class. Always a fun and rewarding experience no matter what level you're at!
