Not good. The front desk person Jamie/Hyme is a good salesperson. They did not deliver what he sold. This was an insurance job and it was over the estimate multiple times and slow work, so the insurance company cut off payments and my rental car, when my Mercedes was finally done, but returned with damage. When I refused to pay for only the work they agreed needed to be redone… they called the police and held my car keys. My keys were being held as the bargaining chip for full payment on work not yet completed. I finally wrote a check and it was 5.00 over the amount and they refused to accept it and told the police to arrest me for trespassing. They have a lot of room for improvement on customer service at Classic Collision.

While damaging your car or getting in an accident, dealing with insurance, etc. is not much fun, I was pleasantly surprised with Classic Collision in Goleta.
Very professional & friendly, straight-forward process, and they do great work!
I mostly worked with Roberto, and he was great. He walked me through the whole process, initial estimates, scheduling my repairs, answering various questions, etc.
The repairs took a little longer than expected due to a few curve balls, but very happy with the end result! Basically my 10yo car looked brand new when I picked it up!
And I liked how they really CLEANED my car. Not just like a once over, but a very high quality car wash, waxing, interior cleaning, etc. My car has not looked this nice in years… I thought this was a nice touch to a very smooth experience.

I went to Classic Collision from an insurance recommendation and I fell in love with their enthusiasm. The tram was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I loved my experience with Jaime and his availability to explain and answer all my questions. If you on the fence, go see them! They are highly educated and certified in every vehicle. Great job Classic Collision!

Very grateful for Albert and the team at CC. They did an incredible job fixing my beat up Prius. I was kind of feeling embarrassed to bring my ten year old beater in with 200k miles, and i said point blank I wanted to pay as little as possible. Albert didn't make me feel lame and they delivered such great work for what i paid.

I highly recommend this repair shop. The professionalism and attention to detail is especially 5 Stars! My car was rear-ended and I was sad to think it wouldn't be the same again; but sure enough, Service Advisor Albert Gaunia assured me that my car Ari would be as good as new! He was right! For a 2018 Honda HRV the car looks like it came straight off the dealership's lot. Thank you to all at Classic Collection - I think your work speaks for itself - but I'll speak up for you and say "FANTASTIC JOB!" Thank you!

Very disappointed of the body shop. Never take any car to them again there are very duty to work on cars terrible job don’t take you car to them they are no professional the pictures below thats my 2018 toyota tundra l went one time to see the work the were doing on my truck and l found a big surprise my truck had taste everywhere very bad guys Jaime is one of the workers his a lier he never said the truth.
