Staff has no clue what they are doing. They don't even know that the coffee and cappuccino are the same price. They are very rude and couldn't do a split transaction. I lost my main card and had a card with $10 on it and $5 in cash, so I went to get some food. My total was $15 and change, so they ran the card, then said my total was $5. I said I needed to use cash for the rest. Well, I left the cash in the car, like an idiot, and they wouldn't let me leave the store to go get $5 real quick. Not sure why they acted like I was going to run off, even though I had nothing to run off with. There was no line or people, so... I said, "I'll leave the food right here and be right back." Before I went to walk off, she said, "I voided it. Go get your cash and come back." I asked, "How fast is your refund?" and guess what—it takes a day or two to process. So I literally went back out to the car, got the $5 for gas, and didn't get my lunch that I was much looking forward to. The food is always good, and the staff is usually decent. I go in there all the time, but the treatment I got today was an absolute mess —rude, inconsiderate, and they have no clue what they're training their employees to do.

I think they were salty about the election results, if you want my opinion. But whatever, I only lost 1 lunch from it, and they lost a weekly customer.

Why have a window but never have it open? Man i am so tired of driving through just to see the stupid paper sign telling me to come in instead. Look, Caseys is a much better store and they have a bigger selection. So if i can't use the window for convenience then i will go to Caseys from now on. If you make it more difficult to shop at you silly little station with all your expired products then i will go somewhere else like Caseys. Lazy people suck. It was completely dead this morning but you still couldn't handle the window. Let's get some employees that can do their whole job instead of a bunch of stoners who can't turn around and open a window. It would probably be more convenient to score some drugs there than it is to get a cup of coffee.

The staff are usually great ,friendly, helpful most of the time I enjoy going in there .But Jeff is Soo rude most of the time .I understand they get busy but with this hot weather and my age and health issues sometimes I call ahead to check price on something to make sure I have enough money to pay for what I need . Like this morning I called asking about a price 2x's first time Jeff hung up on me second time he said he doesn't give prices over the phone ,the product I asked about was on a shelf behind him and as long as he worked there he should know how much the product is .He's supposed to be the manger there. Well on my way there hopefully I have enough to pay and it doesn't get too hot ,I don't want to pass out again because of the heat .Thanks Jeff

It's close to home and they carry a little bit of everything. People that work there are great! I stood back and watched them rent themselves ragged getting food getting cigarettes getting a Coke pop beer and go have to work the drive through and the counter the same time and people get mean and they're nasty and the employee just keeps right on and going. I know they go through a lot of employees but that's because of their overworked there should be a floater that handles backups and drive-ups and people want pumps you know the paper pumps and there's just too much for one or two cashiers especially in the busiest parts of the day. But I even if I have to wait I still CC 'S IS still the best

Mixed review but overall I always enjoy going to CC. The service from the cashiers is great, they're always friendly and quick. The bathrooms aren't always clean though and I've witnessed the owner yelling at his employees in front of customers in the store. They have a alot of carbonated drink options and they make really good food.
