I had a great time Thursday evening at Club Skin. Amethyst gave awesome dances. She was a hottie with a great personality. Kat was an awesome bartender. Devonne, the security manager, was a cool dude. I'd definitely go back again.

I visited Club Skin ( chrome ) with friends and had high expectations, but our experience was a letdown. We spotted two girls wearing green and black outfits and invited them to dance. Despite signaling them and waiting patiently for TWO HOURS, they never joined us.

The music was great, but the disappointment of being stood up by these girls overshadowed our night. It was unclear if they were uninterested or just didn't want to engage.

I went here a few months ago for a bachelor’s party. It was a little over an hour until close and 2 of the dancers came up to us immediately and let us know how much time we had left. My friends were generous enough to pay for a double dance since it was my first strip club. I was plastered at the time but Kuromi and Sin were absolutely amazing. They were beautiful, kind, and incredibly talented dancers. It’s probably a good thing we didn’t have more time because I would’ve taken out a mortgage for ten more minutes. I highly recommend this club.

I stopped here for a little bit last Saturday Night while I was coming through KS while on my way eastward to catch the Solar Eclipse. The cover wasn't too bad which was $10 when I came. The beer prices weren't too terrible either especially for strip club standards. The doorman that was working that night seemed cool and friendly. While the VIP dances are a little pricey some of the women I came across here were friendly. Was disappointed that this place wasn't open when I came back through KS on Monday night cause I wanted to drop by againg but apparently this place isn't open on Monday nights which is understandable since Monday nights are usually slow everywhere you go

First time in Kansas City to see the Eagles play. Not the smartest idea to go an hour before close I guess because on the initial walk-in, I was not greeted at all by the dancers I personally wanted despite holding anywhere between $230 and $250 in my hand all at once. This persisted for 15 minutes until I was finally greeted.

Mind you, I’ve been to 5 different strip clubs in Los Angeles and the DFW so this was weird but maybe Missouri customs are different.

When I was greeted by the dancer I wanted, I thanked her and appreciated her offering me what I wanted. I directly told her “hey this whole $230 (maybe $5 off as I gave no more than $15 to two pole dancers) is yours” as I was wanting to just have one dancer in the VIP section. Initially it appeared she didn’t know the actual price but said $35 for a dance in the VIP section. I brushed that off and just went on with the program. We go back there and she does an amazing job, a little shy in some instances but still a very good job. Super nice Hispanic girl.

Where the trouble came is that she took the whole $235 and I’m under the impression that I would get all the dances I’m afforded. During the conversation, she slipped and said it was $40 per dance and I reminded her that she initially said $35/dance and right when the owner announced the last song, I was on my FOURTH dance and the VIP rental is $25. I didn’t know this info about the VIP rental until the owner realized I did not have a wristband that is required to even be in the club.

She barely speaks English so I’m using my broken Spanish to try to explain that I should have only owed her $165 since the club ended 15 minutes before the closing time at 3am to avoid penalty by the law which is understandable.

I’m thankful the owner wasn’t a douche and did the math confirming what I was saying is correct and there was $60 in excess (should’ve been $70 but I had already $11). I just told the owner I’ll split that remaining amount with her as a tip bringing the total paid anywhere between $195-$205 (that she deserved despite the dishonesty). I was so excited to leave as I was so embarrassed to be the last person there in an area I know nothing about.

I’m thankful for my most of my time and the cooperation of the owner who understandably was upset by that whole thing. For my personal safety, I won’t go back and I hope SOME not all of those young ladies make more an effort to be more offering as it is hurtful to that owners business having somebody sit there with HUNDREDS of dollars and leave because they didn’t get the satisfaction of an offer. In a strip club, in my expert opinion at this point, one should have never to chase or request to be offered a service. People pay GOOD money for the convenience to just sit back and get a dance.
