Colusa Transit is in dire need of a facelift, and an internal clean out. Dispatch is stressed out , The entire staff needs training on how to handle difficult customers. Relaying where the customer is going to after asking, Is necessary and is not being done. When the patron gets to the transit bus, the person driving usually has no idea where you’re going. It has not been relayed. This is unprofessional. If these people were servers and a restaurant they would be fired and they would definitely not get any tips for the day like nobody’s gonna tip you for that. The bus drivers are irritated. Of course you have to drive around all day in a van that is so noisy. I don’t know how they make it. I seriously wonder why no one has tried to do anything to better the situation. I also called a no-show on one day after I called twice and the Van showed up did not wait three minutes, Not even one. As I was walking to get to the van from a shady spot. Colusa Transit hasn’t even facilitated figuring out how to make ways to provide seating shaded seating for people. I personally don’t want to go higher, but I feel the need that I’m going to have to because all I get is lip service it’s made me not want to call and that’s not helpful.
I want the people of Colusa county to have the best. Colusa Transit find it in yourselves to do this. You need to set up some training some sensitivity training for the people that are working there because if the dispatch is rude, which the dispatch was rude to me today treating me like I was two years old asking me, are you outside waiting on a day when it’s gonna be 100? And yes, I pushed back and the customers are pushing back and now the transit wants to blame it on the customers no !!!!!! Get it together!!

The transit is a wonderful thing we have in colusa county. Drivers are very polite and friendly and good drivers and are cautious of the potholes and dips. But there's one driver that isnt any of those things. He drives that bus with no care in the world. And is rude. Since there's only 2 male drivers and have same name I wanna be clear it's not martin that's younger with glasses. Hes my favorite driver. But the other yeah I try not to have to ride transit on his schedule. Thanks for your services transit provides colusa county.

I don’t use the transit, but many of my neighbors do not drive and depend on the bus. The drivers are some of the kindest, most caring people. They are so friendly and gentle it is absolutely heartwarming.

the dispatcher is rude and disrespectful when i call for a ride. There has been 3 times where i have waited outside and the bus never came on 2 occasions and on 1 occasions drove right by without stopping. when i called this rude dispatcher tells me on all 3 occasions that i was called in as a no show! my only way back from williams to colusa and they think i will be a no show? thats BS! someone isnt doing their job!

I only use it to get from Colusa to Grimes and back the next day when I have car work done, but it's great. They show up when they say they will every time, and everyone has been professional and friendly and upbeat every time.
