I had an amazing experience at Coral Cliff Cinema 8! The theater was clean, comfortable, and created the perfect atmosphere for a great movie night. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service.
Abby was absolutely fantastic! She was super nice, incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to help me out. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and willing to ensure everything goes smoothly. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made my visit memorable.

Always a good experience. I love the V.I.P section. They have a 5 min intermission so you can use the restroom or refill your popcorn and drink. Recliner seats and even a chocolate they provide. You also have the ability to order some food which they bring to you also. My family loves the local movie theater Coral Cliffs cinema.

Pre assigned seats would be much nicer than the stress of finding seats. The sound and seats in the theater was nice. Popcorn and drink prices are way more than other theaters. All garbage cans were overflowing. And all the soap was out in the bathroom. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

Love this home-town theater! Ours seats were very broken though and we couldn't change because the theater was full. We were on the top row and some of us had to hold ourselves up because the seat would just collapse forward without any extra support.

We usually enjoy the VIP experience at this theater. It’s our favorite. However, on this visit we ordered a spicy sampler and only half the items were in the box. When we asked, they simply said they were out of the other items and sent us on our way. There was no offer of replacement of missing items or anything, just brushed us off and went about their day. Not a great way to handle the situation at all. Next time let your customer know if you’re out of things they ordered, we would’ve ordered something else altogether instead of getting only half of what we paid for. Very disappointed with this visit. Hopefully the next visit is better.
