Great, efficient experience. Check in was organized and I only waited a few minutes. Additionally I was able to book my appointment online easily~ great addition to ‘urgent care’ offerings. The nurse, doctor and techs were all caring, kind and professional. I received the care and peace of mind I needed for my health concerns. Great experience all around~ Thank you everyone!

I have nothing but great things today say. It was quick to get in. The staff was great asking all the right questions and getting me the best treatment. The nurse practitioner was thorough, clear and upbeat. I was able to get a quick xray and confirm that my body was ok. They gave me good items to use just in am case and a tetanus booster for good measure. The facility is top notch and easy for me to get to. Overall A++ experience in every aspect. I'm so thankful that Cottage has put multiple of these facilities in SB.

Incredibly disappointing. Went to urgent care at Hollister Village, had to come to calle real for the xray tech. Walked in to an incredibly rude front desk person called Dennisse. I let them know i came from the other location and was told I'm not only going to have to wait again (after already waiting an hour and a half) and that i would have to wait outside in the cold barely able to breathe while I'm not sick. I called Hollister location and they notified them that I can wait inside and when I went back in, Dennisse was still rude and nasty. I also watched her treat other people poorly. This is not the Cottage way and I will be calling her boss directly after my visit

While the medical professionals were fine, the poor customer service and sheer rudeness at the front desk severely impacted my overall experience. I would urge the management to address this issue as it’s a major detractor from what otherwise could have been a more positive visit.

I recently visited urgent care and had the pleasure of being attended to by Hayley. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional and compassionate. Hayley took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, thorough explanations about my condition and the treatment plan. Great staff - to a person - delivering care w efficiency and compassion. The concierge was welcoming and efficient.
The radiology technician was kind and clearly highly proficient. Appreciated the remote review of x-rays by a radiologist, immediate provision of recommendations by the NP. Grateful for this access to urgent care at Hollister Village.

No one has reached out to me as per your reply....
Worst urgent care experience. they just want your money. Poor communication and dishonest staff. I waited over 30 minutes for an appointment i had booked in advance. I was informed my cost estimate would not exceed $90 out of pocket to my deductible and I kept asking for the correct amount confirmation before going to the NP but that is the only response I got from front-desk. I received a $258 bill out of pocket for a less than 30 minute visit for ear discomfort. I am highly disappointed that people's discomfort and urgent needs are exploited in such ways. Nothing justifies such way of charging people huge amount of money for minimal amounts of service. Poor clarity of charges at the start and poor patient advocacy when i tried to reach out about my charges. the same bill break down was explained to me. they keep sending that same bill over and over.

This was my first visit to Urgent Care Cottage on Calle Real in Goleta. From the person who checked me in, to the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner- I felt very cared for. I appreciate having Cottage Urgent Care so close to my home.
