I'm happy to hear that the law no longer allows a judge to give a child up for adoption even when the father shows up to court and has committed no abuse toward that child.

Each time I've had to file for anything, I've been given the runaround most of the time, because it seems that the staff can't fully explain what one needs to do in order to expedite the process. This was my fourth time here in 1 1/2 months.

When I finally got my Adult Adoption paperwork filed after correcting the wording, getting the proper forms filled out and all required copies, I was told that they can't give an estimate as to when things will proceed for a Court date.

Is there a reason why this process is so needlessly complicated?

The most difficult place to get anything done, well I guess you get what you pay for. Calling to make an appointment is a run around, going to the court to make an appointment to sit down with someone and discuss paper work is truly a headache. The front entrance has these police or security cant tell come across pushy and treat you like your nothing uncomfortable.

They actually listen to your case & see the evidence which is more than the Juvenile Dependency Court would EVER do to actually show us the dignity and give our kids back to us! But they dropped the ball big time!!!!!! 😞

I been getting the run around with the court. I was trying to put myself on calendar to receive my driver's licence back and work out a arrangement in effort to making reasonable payments. I called 3 times and they was suppose to email me but i never received anything. It is very frustrating when I wanna try to make things right, I completely get shut down. I did at least try to walk in, but they told me that I would have to call or go on the internet to work out the situation. I did everything call, internet and walk in. No results from the courts end. Our court system in Fresno County really sucks. Where's help when we need it

This county gives great dads a bad name. Some of these mediators are some of the worst people in this world. Lying mothers, are better sources of truth than actual documented proof. Amazingly disgusting

KULJET which is the main lady who answers the phones she is very rude and hung up on me because I was telling her how could you lose my paperwork. I filed for an emergency ex parte for my son. And they lost all his information for about a week and finally found it ! They told me I could pick it up the next day. I went over there with hopes of pick up my paperwork so I could get my son out of an abusive home! I never got the paperwork they lied and the paperwork wasn’t ready. It’s been 4 days since they found The emergency ex parte and I still haven’t got a response ! I’ve talked to the supervisor KELLY she was rude and non apologetic on how she runs things I talked to the manager BEATRICE and she was also rude and hung up on me. I don’t think they take their job serious and don’t take my kids life serious when I tell them he’s getting mis treated. It’s like they don’t care enough and don’t stand for what they represent! It’s disgusting to think these people have a say so to how our kids live. Obviously they don’t care it’s just another check for them. Where’s the humanity at with that

The court system makes it very difficult to file papers with little to no help. They are very inconsiderate over the phone when it comes to getting help. I’ve been trying to get a modification to my custody case for 4 months now and all I get is my papers returned or my papers getting “lost”. I am Extremely upset and disappointed with the court systems. I miss my children and I feel like they Could care less right now about filing paperwork.
