A fantastic, clean and well stocked store. Everything you could think of, or need, to spice up your bedroom routine. I highly recommend bringing that special, open-minded someone in your life here to open up a world of possibilities. Staff friendly & helpful. I felt comfortable shopping here.... So will you.

They have a great variety of things but what gives them a one star is their customer service. As soon as I walked in the cashier guy told me, not asked me, to leave my purse at the counter. I walked in with a friend who was wearing a cross body man purse yet didn't tell him anything. This is the first time I see this cashier here. Other incidents, there was a transgender female cashier who would be super rude when I would ask questions yet be super friendly and helpful to my dyke ex girlfriend. Customer service is key to a retail store. And although this place is super close to home I'd rather drive further to get treated as I should.

This place is great. Plus, it's really close to my home. They have a great selection of everything, clothes, creams, toys, everything. Also a discount program. The service from great, you can't beat it. She's super nice. Which makes going there that much better. Also they can help order something for you if they don't have it.

The owner lady is super weird and her husband. I chose what I wanted… and she almost wouldn’t allow me to buy it.. she was almost angry I wanted to buy something that wasn’t only and sitting there being unsold .. she said you get that one and I said that’s not the one I want she said your chest big and I was just like and well dam. I have a chest ..like I want my chest to stick out and I cannot help it sometimes ..but she kept pointing at some ugly lingerie's that weren’t my style and took the one I wanted which was the last one and my size ..seems like she wanted me to buy something that had been sitting there instead of the one I wanted .. it was my size and the last one. She was rude and bossy and my bf stayed there after I walked out and because I have it all on video she didn’t allow him to buy unless I deleted the video I recorded … they are cray cray.. she lost me as a customer and my bf he been there so many times .. they were weird. Never again. The place next door ..cuter stuff and excellent customer sales and don’t follow u around like crazy

Great store and great customer service!!
The young lady cashier on Saturday October 16th exemplified superior customer service. Most stores have a no return policy which I totally get. I got a pair of underwear for a date. As with any undies you can’t try them on, and buying and sizing is a game of luck!

Well I bought them, as they can sometimes cost a pretty penny and my luck they were too big. So I go back not 30 minutes later I explained to the clerk I just bought them and they were to big. She understood and with grace said we have a no return policy. I explained I just simply took them out of the box and she empathized as I almost started to cry. She examined the pair and said what do you need? I a simply said a smaller size and she said “we can make it work”. She was polite as when I bought them and made the whole experience pleasurable! I had this problem before at a different store and the difference in service was polar opposite (Circus of Books in Weho) like war and peace! This here is how customers should be treated!

This is a top notch store and has earned a lifetime customer because of her willingness to help. I’m gonna go back and buy two more! Treat your customers well and I’ll tell everyone I know to go to this store top-notch service, gets top-notch customers. Thank you for representing this store in a great way. You’re lucky to have her! Give her a raise!!
