This place is very unique if you compare it to your everyday typical restaurant. The atmosphere and vibes can’t be matched in my opinion. I visited this establishment a couple of times before I decided to give it a review. I didn’t visit it on a weekend so I never dealt with the parking situation which a lot of people give it bad reviews for but it’s understandable as it is become extremely popular. The staff is amazing, super friendly and catered to all our needs. Food is amazing however a bit pricey in the 30-40$ per person but understandably so as it is a popular spot.
My understanding is that a lot of people that gave this place bad reviews were based on the restaurants initial opening being sub par. Or the fact these people are used to being treated like royalty and were looking at any negative aspects to dislike the place without giving it a few runs months later.
Overall, great experience, staff, food, atmosphere, and music. I highly recommend this place for a dinner date as the sun falling on the river is mesmerizing.

Great place, great food, great service, & spectacular views of the lake. The clam chowder was delicious & although the jambalaya was a lil spicier than I expected (bar tender had the same for lunch & mentioned it was spicier than usual. …) it was still delicious. Will definitely visit again before I leave. Definitely recommend.!

Not a fan of the salty heavy pub food choices but there is a ceviche on the menu. Maybe next time.
Enjoyed the talkative young servers.
Came here for the beautiful lake view. The entire place is well done. Shady with views and some sunlight. Indoors is cute industrial. Pretty middle bar area that seats you to view into restaurant or outward.

I came here 2 days in a row with my Girlfriends for lunch had the 😋 cajun shrimp salad then, came back for dinner.
As long as it’s on a weekday no problem 😉 good luck on Friday nights and weekend nights though as it is always packed.

The food was wonderful!!!! I had the fish and chips and chowder. My only adjustment would be during plating, The fish was soggy on the bottom side. My other half said the fish tacos and ceviche were great, too! The service was subpar honestly. The staff members who didn't look super busy could probably ease that problem. Food took a while, but that's pretty normal for a newer restaurant, so we just enjoyed the incredible view from the patio while we waited.

Sunday morning brunch. Arrived a few minutes before opening. Were seated within 10 mins and our server Shelby got us drinks quickly. Our order arrived within 15 mins. The food was great. Hot. We sat on the deck. Tried watching the river but they have the railing covered partially so that was okay. Shelby stopped by several times so we felt taken care of. Great brunch overall.

The parking situation is a complete nightmare- it’s unreasonable to ask for 7.00 per car for forced valet, only other option is to park in historic Folsom and walk or shutter over! We had several people in our group so we were into the experience for 35.00 before we even hit the front door! Lucky I made a reservation ahead of time because people walking in were given at least an hour wait. If barstools are full the only option is to sit or stand outside in the front entrance area. Views are extraordinary- our food was good-waited a little long for it but we were drinking our very expensive adult beverages and enjoyed the Live Music. A hostess came over after music stopped and told us she had many people waiting to sit outside and encouraged us Strongly to wrap it up and get out🤬 we spent a couple’s hundred dollars inly to be asked to leave sooner then later. Very disappointed! Valet had a long line to retrieve our cars- very unfortunate and unorganized

VERY limited free parking available since most of it is blocked off for paid valet parking Fri-Sun … we got there around 11:15am and got the last spot! Their frozen drink machines weren’t ready so I wasn’t able to order one of those unfortunately. Service was really good, nice young lady. We sat outside under a sunshade, but it was still pretty hot (about 90° out) since the shades aren’t solid material. If it’s more than 90° outside it’s probably better to just sit inside which was nice and cool. Ceviche was okay, but portion size was pretty small and fish was a little tough. Hubby liked his salmon sandwich and the homemade potato chips, but he paid to add avocado and there were only 3 very small pieces that he couldn’t even taste! Overall prices seem pretty average for the area, but I would say that portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. We may come back and give them another try in the future, not sure yet.
