This Venue is everything! Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! This Venue has everything you need. It is very elegant. It was clean. They have plenty of parking, and also they have a separate place to set up your food. I had my 60th Birthday Celebration here. The owners were very nice and helpful! Thank you Rebecca and Akbar for everything? If you need a Venue for any kind of celebration, use Crystal Palace Banquet Hall!

This venue is absolutely stunning. My uncle and aunt hosted their 20th Wedding Anniversary here. The venue was clean, spacious, and located in the perfect location. I would recommend this venue for any party or special event. Everything was great !

Great place to throw any large event with ease. The staff offers tables/seating and full decor. Not a lot of decorating needed. Additionally they have a kitchen and food storage space with slots for your trays so no need to use those pesky food warmers. I highly recommend this place for your next party!

My experience at Crystal Palace was incredibly disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, poorly trained, and had a bad attitude when addressing concerns. The dishes were dirty, with tags still on them, showing they hadn’t even been washed. When these issues were brought up, the staff made excuses, saying they hadn’t had lunch. While everyone can have a tough day, this is not a valid justification for such poor service.

The toilets were another issue. They didn’t have any toilet paper, and the locks didn’t work, which made the experience very inconvenient. It’s clear that basic maintenance and customer care aren’t a priority here.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The hall itself is beautifully designed—spacious, elegant, and versatile enough to fit any theme or decor style. The chandeliers and lighting created a warm, welcoming ambiance that set the perfect mood for the event.

I attended a henna night there on August 24th and the hall was so nice and upgraded. I love how everything was white and upgraded. I also love how there was 2 stages so you have more room to set up. The owner was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure there was more than enough food and provided lots of refills and great service during the time food was served. We will definitely be booking this hall for our future events.

This is one of the BEST venues yet! Plenty of space, great vibes, and I love how the chandeliers have different color lights?. Great for parties, receptions, Brunch’s or dinners! Very clean and plenty of parking as well!
