The staff has been friendly, and it's typically clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is what we all complain about, the pricing. I know it's not the fault of the employees but it's hard to come and support a buisness often if you have to budget 50+ for a movie and food, it's now a "very rare treat" which sucks.

Took my son recently and he had a great experience, except for the bathroom stall that was totally out of TP and the other 3 he passed up with unflushed toilets...Also would be cool if the viewing rooms were cleaned with the lights on or at least mopped if they're not, seats were dirtier than I remember even on the backs where it looked like soda had been splattered all over. The whole room felt "sticky" in general like a Chuck E. Cheese. But, the young guys running the counters were super friendly and patient with my 7 year old who also spilled his fair share of popcorn on the floor 3 times, ran laps around the theater room and switched seats 3 times. Granted, we were the only two in there at 7pm to see Migration on a weekend. He also got a large slushie ($5) at the ticket counter awhile before the movie started and it lasted him until the movie ended. I decided to get one for the first time ever because I'm not a slushie connoisseur since his was strawberry and not as sickeningly sweet as I thought it would be so off I went about 30-40 minutes into the movie to get my own. The smiling young man behind the counter informed me that they had just refilled the machine so it wasn't super icy or thickened up yet which I could see as he showed me the machine. He dispensed a small amount into a cup to ask if the consistency was ok or if I wanted to come back after it had a chance to get "slushier" which I really appreciated considering what you pay for what I would assume is a medium sized cup even though it lasts forever. He also asked if I wanted my receipt which always feels silly to ask for when it's not offered but I scan mine on several apps for reward points so bonus there that he didn't make me ask for it. 😅

Only movie theater in the area. Not much to complain about but not much to praise

Reasonably priced tickets a nice big screen with a vibrant sound system the room temperature is comfortable and same for the seating. There's even a little arcade with a classic skeeball machine.
The staff was very friendly and we even got a free ticket just for seeing Santa Claus! It's definitely the place to be on any day of the week if you have a few hours to spend with the family.

Also had someone attempt to deny admission to watch show, just because person uses non-verbal communication and were vocalizing their excitement (in lobby) to watch a movie with friends. The movie itself was plenty loud enough for everybody to hear still.

Could be more accessible to people with disabilities. Slightly difficult for individuals using wheelchairs to get to sidewalk and/or open the door.

Could have been a better experience, and I say this about every time I go. The manager and/or owner there is not friendly and always looks upset about something. Went to watch Evil Dead Rise on Aprill 22nd with my family, and he ruined the whole experience for us. I really hope he can get some better management experience on top of customer appreciation.. we spent almost $50+ in that establishment just for a terrible unforgettable experience. Great movie, just poor management. Also the movie areas always seem to be dirty and un kept.. You'll find yourself walking on left over popcorn stressing on whether or not you'll be taking bed bugs home 🤢.. hope this place can pick itself up or someone comes in and does it because it's definitely a show stopper of disappointment. 😔

Really disappointed with the Rated “R” policy requiring IDs for all ticket purchasers. MPAA ratings give parents the choice for a reason - don’t appreciate the theater trying to make parenting decisions for me. Will not go back unless there’s no other choice.
