The staff here is fantastic. They are professional, responsive and friendly. The facilities and location are the best. Events and activities, both sponsored by Element 79 and Town Center, make living here a wonderful experience. The 4th of July fireworks from my balcony were beautiful.

A couple months ago I was looking for apartments to rent and coincidentally, I ran into this place while on a date with an African American girl. I'm Hispanic. I hate to mention that part because I ignorance is the opposite of bliss. But I want to give a heads up to every color of race over here. This seems like a nice place overall but the side eyes will be annoying to put up with. I didn't realize it until now but my date and I sat by the water fountain on a bench and this white couple walked past us. Once the lady got to our direct line of view she made it OBVIOUS she's not fond of certain people. She literally turned her neck 90° and glared at us while her husband or man or whatever gave a straight embarrassed face. At the time I glared at at her back and I even told my date don't worry about it, let me because I have absolutely no idea wth we did wrong or wth was her problem. Just posting this to give a heads up for future residents and visitors. Stand your ground, be professional about it when you do. Karen's are a thing. But to end things on a positive note. Fantastic area. Hidden gem. I will be back to visit And hopefully take photos if anything happens to 1000% prove it.

The check-in was perfect! The staff were friendly, patient with us and very helpful. The apartment review a month ago was the same, the friendly attitude of the staff was very appealing, so our choice was Element 79!

Most everything I love! we like it so much. we are staying year for two. Right now, all events planned are 12:00 - 2:00. I work all day., I wish they were planned 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Bad attitude by staff. On check out they accused me of stealing something worthless, after they actually saw the item on the checkout walk through. They refused to enforce the leash and dog size rules. Saw a pit bull living on site for months. Too expensive and too loud. In the end, would not allow a 30 day extension of lease, unless I paid double my rate. No compassion.

Stay away, so noisy here.. Yesterday I couldn't sleep because of the noise ? outside and just now I was sleeping and I had to wake up at 11 PM because of the loud noise outside.. So you definitely won't get a good quality of sleep here..If you are looking for a peaceful neighborhood then don't pick this place. Also their parking is too narrow and hard to park the car.
