had ceiling speakers installed about year ago...no complaints on that... was updating my receiver when I noticed two of the speakers had lost their connection... called john on a Monday, said to call him this Thursday.. which I did, said he would send someone out when they got through with a job.. I don't have a problem if they got tied up...all I ask is that you aleast send me a text letting me know that they can not come by.. if I had a 10 ft ladder, I could do it myself
