Note. When I was told the 3M was out of production but a replacement was available, I expected another 3M pair, not some junk rounded frames.

Since moving from Orlando, FL and having an awesome Eye Doctor and staff, my concerns were how can I find top quality service that would match my previous experience. That being said, I did not want to drive an 1.5 hr to Birmingham being that it is the closes big city. Well, what a surprise! Your establishment met all my needs. A great clean office, a friendly staff and courteous Doctor. So far, you guys rock. Thank you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I was scheduled for a appointment on January 15. The examine went by fast without any problems, and the doctor prescribed me some glasses for night vision. So I picked out some glasses from there catalog that’s had various styles . The lady supposedly put my order in on January 15 and said they would be back on February 4 . With that being said they hand me a half piece of paper stating my pick up date, and that I should pick them up before 1 o’clock. Also on that paper they said don’t call the office asking if your glasses have arrived we will call g if any conflicts arise basically . So I followed there rules and waited until February 4 before I went out there to pick up my glasses. Once I arrived in their clinic at approximately 1130 she stated that my glasses were not in and she wasn’t able to track them down. And that she would put a rush on my order . Now it’s February 15 and I still haven’t received my glasses. Every time I call the office no one answers . Now that I know this is how this company runs I will definitely not be back in the future .Not to mention no one even called to tell me my glasses were not even in the office on the scheduled due date !

The Dr was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had me excited about my 1st pair of glasses. His assistant Paige was great as well and helped me to pick out my frames with no rush. A lot of choices there. Over all, I was very satisfied and will be coming back.

We moved to Alabama and I went to get my teens an eye exam and new glasses. We had just started new insurance and the company didn't tell me a start date. They said I could use the cards before my premium was due in 4 weeks. So we proceeded to use the insurance. We had an appointment and were there before the apt time. They didn't call my kids back until 40 min after the time had passed. An hour and forty five minutes passed and I asked where they were and they took me back there and they still were not finished. The doctor is really old and slow. I started asking the lady that was working with them about their prescription. She said the doctor wanted them to have certain types of lenses because of there age and them breaking them and the insurance wouldn't pay, I had to pay. They are 16 and 17. I told her no, that they have never had those special lenses and never broken them in like 11 years. She said the doctor would never approve a different one. I said we would go somewhere else. She went in the back and asked and he approved it. Then we went to look at glasses. My son loves his frames and wanted to keep them. She told me that wasn't allowed. The insurance only covered $50 on frames and most of their frames were in the $200 range. SHe had to have a new set. Insurance only covered half, I had to pay the other half. We left. Then I get a call and they told me that my insurance didn't start until September 1. I told her that I had worked in a doctors office for years and we always checked in case a family couldn't pay. She said they don't do that and that is why we are supposed to check before we come. I told her that they did not tell me that on the phone or when I came in and filled out paperwork. They are scam artists.

I had such a good experience. My technician, Paige was AMAZING! she helped me pick out my glasses and was super friendly! The doctor himself was so nice and friendly as well.

My visit to Eye Care of Alabama Office in Roanoke was very pleasant. The office was clean and neat and they had a very friendly office staff. It was so nice to go to an eye care facility where the doctors and staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. I would recommend this eye care facility to my family and friends.
