Really excited to see this place reopen! My boyfriend and I were worried that the Regal was going to be permanently close, but the new team and indie theater is cool. They have some movies I feel we would normally have to drive extra far to see! Thanks for keeping the theater open and so far we are impressed!

I'm so disappointed with the new owners. They only show adult and indie films now. I've checked their website all week to see if they’ll be playing Dogman or One of These Days, but neither is listed. This used to be our family's favorite movie theater—it was local, convenient, and welcoming to everyone. My kids loved going there. It’s sad to see how an inclusive and beloved spot has changed.

Very excited for the opening of the theatre. Saw the new bob dylan movie last week. Very affordable ticket prices and concessions. Sound was great. Very pleased

Back for the film festival and was hungry, tried the tamales, very pleasantly surprised. They were great.

Very happy to have this gem a block away from my winter home!

Festival Theaters Palm Springs provides a great cinematic experience. The Ownership has done a great job with the provision of such a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. Kudos to the Ownership for hiring such a great and attentive Management Team and Staff. The definition of the Apple not falling far from the tree, because the recruitment of amazing employees is
self-explanatory. Thank you for providing my Family and our Community with an establishment that focuses on solidifying what a Theater is supposed to be, GREAT!

We were really disappointed the entire movie house was turned by the new owner - according to local rag an Indian Business men surely tech bro vs Indian of spring of an oligarch- to an art house/ adult only / R rated flicks that no one wants to watch -unless they are on antidepressants. Typical of someone with cash backing to shove their taste down the throat of an entire town, claiming they know what we like. There are families and kids and next generation of movie goers in this town and you bought our only movie house and converted to your taste and we will wait until you run out of money and or tax man finds out that this is a write down for your tax evading scheme, believe me we already alerted authorities about unusual purchase. I blame Regal for selling this lovely theater to you , but when you go belly up we will return to celebrate your demise , until then enjoy being an outside investor who is obviously out of touch with town's reality. We really really dislike you for taking away enjoyment of our kids weekends.

LOCALS - DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS THEATER!! New management does not care at all about local patrons! We showed up a half hour early to purchase tickets for a scheduled movie. They told us they cancelled that showing and we could come back in 4 hours for the next showing - which they could not confirm they wouldn’t cancel at will either!! We said the cancelled showing was still showing as available on the website. We spoke to the manager and they said “Sorry, but too bad, we have more important things to worry about”. No concern or remorse or concession was given.
Not a good first impression for a new business to try and win back the loyal patrons of the previous Regal Cinemas at this location. Why would new management sabotage local patron loyalty I guess they feel just catering to the annual PS Film Festival for one week will also pay the bills for the remaining 51 weeks of the year.
With the arrogant and dismissive attitude of new management towards locals, you’ll be closed soon!
What a shame a local staple has gone bad!!

management and customer service was absolutely amazing, better than most theatres i’ve visited in the area. They did an amazing job at hiring such lovely and Cooperative people! I felt so welcomed and accounted for.
