Franquette was superior food wise, the quiche crust was full of gorgeous pastry fat layers and the egg was cooked to perfection with fantastic flavor. Inside the location there wasn’t a lot of space to sit, but it is beautifully designed and the experience was wonderful to have an intimate date in a sunny open window. None of the workers looked very happy to be there, and did the bare minimum to interact with any of the customers, so I wasn’t impressed by that. Just no warmth in customer service, but if you’re looking for a great cup of coffee or tea and a really incredible breakfast it’s worth a stop.

Nice cozy place with limited space inside though. We had late dinner. Had very delicious soup, salad and potatoes. Coffee bar closes at 4pm. Not much parking space also.

Finally got here. Nice corner restaurant in a new area of town. The ambience is modern, clean and nice. Food was above my expectations. Super tasty both the salty and sweet plates. The service was on point. I enjoyed seating outdid as the temps were good. I am looking forward to go during dinner.

Ordered Earl Grey tea w/sugar (was provided simple syrup which was nice) and cream. The tea was lukewarm in a glass teapot. No silverware was provided with the tea, sugar and cream to stir the tea.

Also ordered salmon tartine which was served with a knife but the knife wouldn't cut through the toasted sourdough bread. So I had to tear off pieces to eat.
I had expected better service....

All of this was just a tad over $40 with the scenic river/downtown views! 100/10 recommend trying this spot if you have not! The quiche we actually needed up ordering another to go 🙂 PLUS everyone is so friendly and there’s a constant flow of good doggos walking by! Food is so good and affordable and the atmosphere just can’t get any better…definitely make this place the next stop for your weekend brunch!

Absolutely delicious! I had the seasonal coffee (iced tiramisu latter with the most amazing yogurt icing topping situation), a walnut croissant (10/10 would recommend) and the potato quiche (incredibly creamy, crust was a treat in and of itself). What a great spot!

The food is even better than you're imagining. It's worth the trip. You order at the counter, so if you're looking for a formal sit down, it's not the place. That being said, the service of the counter is great.

Really cute and cozy place, especially on the rainy day like today. Great customer service. Like the food and especially loved the plates and how it was served, beautiful.
Learned that before 4 p.m., there is a different menu with lattes, cappuccinos, and e.t.c Great place for meeting there with friends and coworkers ♥️
