It was super busy when I took my kids there but they were quick and efficient during concessions. We also had trouble securing a booster seat and their employees went out of their way to find one for us! Great experience!

Good place to watch cinema. Bus stops are at walking distance and Walmart is adjacent to it, so shopping is made easy. Seats are okay, it is neat and clean. There is facility to book tickets at the kiosk and there are rooms to celebrate birthday of children.

I will not go into this theatre, it stinks and very dirty, I have been there for first show of the day, disgusting, they need to clean up, come on brantford you can do better, until this improves I will go to Ancaster, I think it’s just laziness. I wouldn’t even have food there who knows when the pop machine was cleaned last or popcorn machine. Just my opinion. I gave it a 1 because there was no 0.

Everything was great. Don't buy from the concession tho, a small popcorn is $11.50 . Can't decide if I liked the movie or not because everyone talked through the entire thing. I moved seats and the people around me were still talking and I could still hear the original people talking from 3 rows down.

We were there yesterday for a 3:20 matinee. When we entered the theatre there was a sign taped to the door advising that there was no heat in the theatre. We already had our tickets and snacks so we continued in
After 2 hours we were nearly frozen. When we exited the theatre there were a few other couples that were not happy.
We asked to speak to the manager and his response was "I don't know what you want me to do." I said we should have been told before we bought our tickets.
He tried to say that someone in the lobby was telling people which was not true.
He begrudgingly gave us each a pass and kept trying to make excuses.
His response was totally unacceptable in fact he never even apologized
Interesting when he went in the back to get the passes one of the young girls working the concession told us she was sorry.
Your manager could take a couple of lessons.

Great experience very friendly staff and helpful. Popcorn delicious. Lots of parking easy access to theater. Highly recommended.
